Insgesamt (trotz der Einschränkungen) eine sehr schöne Woche!
Pros:

Das Gesamt-Ambiente, der perfekte Service und die zentrale Lage, die klimatisierten Zimmer (bei bis zu 38 Grad C. !).
Sehr positiv war die (gut isolierte) Verbindungstüre zwischen den von uns gebuchten beiden Zimmern.
Das Restaurant "Riva" überzeugte durch sehr gute Qualität bei angemessenem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und durch große Flexibilität.

Cons:

Die Fenster des Nebengebäudes waren sehr schlecht gedämmt, Schlaf zeitweise nur mit Ohrenstöpseln möglich. Die Zimmer waren teilweise unpraktisch eingerichtet /fehlende Haken und Abstell-/Schrankflächen, Bäder ebenfalls z.T. unpraktisch (Platzierung der Handtuchhalter, Öffnung der Duschtüre nach außen, WC-Bereich zu klein).
Der Spa-Bereich entsprach in keiner Weise den nach der Beschreibung erwarteten Anforderungen: Becken sehr klein bei großer Nachfrage auch durch Kinder, Ruhemöglichkeiten deutlich zu wenig, Bereich nicht klimatisiert (ebenso wie der Gym-Bereich).

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit hervorragend funktionierender Klimaanlage (sehr wichtig während der Hitzewelle). Das Frühstück im idyllischen Garten/Park war ein Genuss, mit einem üppigen Büffet, das keine Wünsche offenließ!

Super schöne Tage dort verbracht.
Pros:

Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend ohne überladen zu sein. Personal freundlich, sehr saubere Zimmer, Lage exzellent im Zentrum. Garten ein Traum, Abstellplätze für das Auto vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider keine Sonnenliegen.

Solides, gut organisiertes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren nur zu einer Übernachtung auf der Weiterreise hier. Wir haben auch kein Frühstück gegessen, weil wir gleich weiterreisen mussten.
Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr gut organisiert. Der Parkplatz in Fussdistanz sehr gut und wir konnten abends zu Fuss ins hervorragende Restaurant 1718.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, wirklich empfehlenswert.
Was schade war, dass man zwar auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnte, aber es hatte über 30 Grad, da hält man es in der prallen Sonne nicht aus. Warum die Markise nicht ausgefahren wurde, war uns dann doch ein Rätsel

Excellent hotel with very nice breakfast in a central location.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious. Location was right in the middle of town, but not in a noisy location.
