Profiteering at guest expense
Pros:

Hotel management advise guests not to drink tap water, yet they do not provide complimentary water in rooms. Management policy is to purchase it from the minibar at R$18 / AUD5 for a 330ml container. I've travelled the world, staying at hundreds of hotels and never experienced such an unfriendly guest policy,

Pros:

Atendimento do recepcionista Gustavo está de parabéns. Além disso o café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Alguns hóspedes deixavam lixo no corredor e a equipe de limpeza demorava para recolher. Obviamente que a falta de educação desses hóspedes incomoda mais do que o atraso da equipe em resolver o problema mas não deixa de ser desagradável quase pisar em lixo a caminho do quarto.
