Pros:

Loved the breakfast provided, friendly staff who understood and were able to communicate in English. Modern interior with nice clean bathroom 👌🏾

Cons:

Bathroom sink wasn’t working, had to contact the guys several times to fix it. The cleaners do not run a full proper clean up - restock new fresh towels, unclog the clogged sink, left dishes from the previous night in the room after cleaning. It didn’t feel like they cleaned the place…they just did the beds. It’s a distance (40 min drive minimum) from a lot of tourists spots.

Foram dias “de férias”. Estadia agradabilíssima.
Pros:

Principalmente é sem dúvida da educação e cordialidade dos funcionários. Treinados a resolver problemas.
Também achei os funcionários que trabalham no café da manhã extremamente gentis (Marcelo, Eliseu). E o chefe de cozinha José fez a diferença na minha minha estadia, já que sou vegana e não como praticamente nada do que estava disponível aos hóspedes. Ele e a equipe se esforçaram e eu tomei um delicioso café da manhã.

Equipe simpática. Hotel de rede. Zero personalizado. Localização longe da praia.

Cons:

Horários rígidos no lounge executivo para alimentação no final do dia. Falta de frutas e snacks, conforme prometido, nos intervalos.. Só tinha club social.
