From the minute I booked I started receiving emails from the hotel - multiple confirmations, on-line check-in, on-line check-out, confirmation of check-out then a survey. I found this unnecessary and irritating.

Quiet and comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable and rooms warm on a cold day. Hotel was quiet and had friendly staff. Never stayed for breakfast and didn’t have time to use the pool but hopefully next time

Everything worked as it should.

Cons:

Unable to get an official tax receipt when I asked. Not even when booking.com asked - only if you book directly with them. I booked a “superior” room but it looked like any standard room- not spacious or superior - just a standard room to be expected at any recently built hotel. The front desk person kept rattling off information while I was trying to look up my plate number until I stopped him. It was late and no one else was in the lobby waiting to be served.

Quick stay in Red Deer
Pros:

We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
