I would very much enjoy staying here again!
Pros:

Very clean and convenient. Staff is very friendly. Easy to reach someone if you need help. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Property was clean, people were nice

Cons:

I didn’t like the parking situation… everyday it was hard to find a parking spot and they had compact cars parking spots which were too small for vehicles to fit in… I had to park in back of the building with poor lighting and had to walk around hotel to get to the front… Was warned by staff about break ins and was told to park close and being a woman walking from back of a building was not acceptable

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

For starters we arrived 2 hours after check in and our room was still not ready. I said okay can you give me a time it will be ready and the guys was so RUDE. Then he reassigned the room so we would have one. First time send us looking for a room that did not exist, second time sent us to the 4th floor then came looking for us and said my bad actually go to the 5th floor. His attitude was off the charts and he never said so sorry about any of the check in issues. Also we are checking our card he charges us $50 more than the bill summary showed.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

My kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. It was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. It smelled amazing!

Cons:

They need to make a one-way in one way out line for breakfast. I did get a little bit chaotic down there. They need more luggage carts. With the amount of people they have staying there, I think they only have two.

Comfortable and positive experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding, our room was spacious and very clean. Can't wait to stay at Embassy Suites in the future. Only complaint was about the noisy neighbors, but the staff were kind and were able to resolve the matter.
