Pros:

Clean looking hotel and had a decent breakfast. Dinner was good as well

Cons:

The shampoo and conditioner were basically empty, the extra towels requested were not supplied at first.

The front desk clerk Aleigha her customer service, was beyond amazing . The bartender Adrian....was so outstanding and accommodating. The The greeter during breakfast just made you go to restaurants. These 3 employees are the epitome of EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great value, safety, comfort, service for a short stay in Charlotte
Pros:

The entire staff was wonderful--from front desk to breakfast servers to housekeeping. The beds were comfortable and the welcome bag at check-in with waters was a nice touch! We would stay here again when visiting Charlotte for an event on the southside.

Cons:

Breakfast got crowded, but it is not the hotel staff's fault. A full array of options for breakfast which was great. The waffle makers are always a hit with my kids.
