Очень грязный номер, пятна на ковре, полу, постельном белье. Работала только одна розетка в номере и то после 10 минут использования очень сильно нагревалась зарядка от телефона. Душ протекал

The hotel is located basically behind the main shopping street of Taxim which makes it very convenient! Reception and lobby are nice! Rooms are clean!
The size of the bed. While the bed is "double" it's not the standard double size: we realised all rooms were like that after only, but given the price range it's still a very good choice.
Well located in the heart of all action on the European side. Rooftop bar for breakfast offered nice views of the Bospheros.
Main issue was loud noisy due to live music being blared out of the rooftop terrace of the hotel until around 2am every night. Even with double glazed windows the volume was disruptive and prevented sleeping. Even more unbelievable considering it comes from the hotel itself. Strong smell of stale smoke upon entering the room even though supposedly non-smoking. Breakfast a bit mediocre.
Beautiful location right next to the busy shopping streets. The terrace where the breakfast is served has a beautiful view over Istanbul! The staff is also very friendly and helpfull. Great price for what you get!
The beds are quite small..
Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – ganz klar 10/10. Außerdem wurden wir freundlich empfangen und besonders Olcay Bey war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und professionell. Nachdem Booking.com Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen hatte, wurde uns ein kostenloses Upgrade für den nächsten Tag angeboten. Das neue Zimmer war deutlich sauberer und insgesamt viel besser als das erste Zimmer. Mit diesem Zimmer beziehungsweise diesem Sauberkeitsstandard wären wir von Anfang an zufrieden gewesen.
Direkt nach dem Betreten des ersten Zimmers waren wir enttäuscht, da wir als Ehepaar zwei Einzelbetten statt eines Doppelbetts erhalten haben, obwohl wir bei der Buchung ein Doppelbett gewählt hatten. Da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war, mussten wir die Betten selbst zusammenschieben. Dabei fanden wir eine dreckige, benutzte Socke zwischen den Betten. Zusätzlich war der Teppich schmutzig, es lagen Haare auf dem Bett und die Schublade des Nachttisches war defekt.
Auch der Safe funktionierte nicht und musste erst repariert werden. Bereits bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt im Dezember mussten wir ebenfalls das Zimmer wechseln, weil es stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen hatte. Zudem hatte ich extra ein HDMI-Kabel gekauft, um mein Gerät am Fernseher anzuschließen, allerdings war der HDMI-Anschluss im neuen Zimmer defekt beziehungsweise gar nicht vorhanden.

Location is great, breakfast was decent and view from the restaurant is very nice. staff was somewhat friendly and helped us a lot with making our stay better
I booked a standard room and it didn't feel like a standard of a 4 star hotel. furniture was quite old and dirty - same with facilities. We didn't have a window (there was a very small one opening inside the hotel so no air came inside, only noise and music). the bad is super small ~125 cm which is smaller than standard double. it smelled very badly from the bathroom. light in the closet was switching on and off all the time.

The location couldn't have been better. Also the view from the rooftop was very beautiful.
We chose the small room option, and it was too small to the extent that we couldn't even open up our suitcases. The bed was quite small for 2 people, and the room got very hot very quickly without turning the AC on, since the only very small window in the room was opening to the main hall of the hotel. You don't have any other options other than sleeping with the AC on.
