Ótimo custo beneficio.
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, horario bom para que tem conexões no aeroporto de Guarulhos e o fato do transfer gratuito é perfeito, foi o que fez eu efetuar a reserva. Ótimo custo beneficio. Refeições no hotel com preço justo, ficou pratico.

La proximité avec l'aéroport international. C'était la raison première de notre choix de réservation.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel situé proche de l'aéroport international, il me semble impératif de pouvoir échanger au moins en anglais au comptoir de l'hôtel. Ce qui n'était pas le cas.

Pros:

O tamanho do pãozinho, antes era normal, agora pequeno.

Cons:

O frigobar só contava com uma garrafa de água. Antes haviam alguns refrigerantes e água com gás. Nossa preferida.

Excellent Stay with Convenient Airport Access
Pros:

First of all, what I liked most about this hotel, and one of the main reasons I chose it, was the early check-in at noon. To my surprise, they even allowed us to check in earlier at 11:00 a.m., which was greatly appreciated after a 10-hour flight and allowed us to make the most of our day in São Paulo.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was very convenient for transportation to and from the airport. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast started at 6:00 a.m., which was very convenient because we took the airport shuttle at 6:30 a.m. This gave us enough time to enjoy breakfast, which was abundant and of very good quality.

Cons:

I would suggest a few improvements. The room bathroom could provide more toiletries, as only a small soap and a small bottle of shampoo were included. In addition, the bottled water from the minibar could be included in the room price. Providing a complimentary typical Brazilian snack would also help the hotel stand out and create a more memorable experience for guests. Also, the restaurant could offer a wider variety of menu options.
