Agréable, villas familiales avec terrasse et hamac, bon emplacement sur l’île. Adapté pour des familles
Pros:

L’établissement est bien placé, en front de mer, nombreux transats disponibles, à la piscine comme sur la plage. Piscine ombragée et agréable. Bon spot de snorkelling notamment pour les tortues.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, les chambres pourraient mériter un petit rafraîchissement

The location and the kindness of the staff. They were gentle and understanding

Cons:

It was rundown like they never did a single renovation in years. Dirty pool floor and sundbeds with stains, old stained floor tiles, cracks in the walls, stained towels and cockroaches in the rooms. All of this didn’t make us feel st easy sleeping nor even using the hotel facilities cause it felt dirty and uncomfortable. We paid 100€ per night for nothing. Didn’t even have a laundry service nor making a decent morning coffee, when the greek bar next door was making excellent cappuccino. Such a disappontment

Great location, lovey pool that the kids liked cooling off in at the end of the day at the beach. Very spacious villa with roof top seating area. Stunning beach club with plenty of loungers

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit basic compared to other places we stayed, but as they don’t have a restaurant attached to the resort this was expected.

Perfekt beliggenhet på stranden med solsenger tilgjengelig. Hyggelig personale. Store fine bungalower.

Cons:

Lite utvalg på frokosten og dårlig påfylling. For mye skygge ved bassengområdet. Vanskelig å sole seg der. Dårlig lukt på badet.

Fijn hotel met prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Heerlijk huisje, mooi zwembad en direct aan het strand. Super relaxed. Superaardig personeel.

Cons:

Zowel het ontbijtbuffet als de ontbijtlocatie kunnen wat opgefrist worden. Het is wat achterhaald en ondanks dat het buffet prima is, kan het wat strakker en mooier gepresenteerd worden. Het is een beetje houtje-touwtje.

It was great, but tired for the price.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was the right mix of sun and shade. Breakfast was nice: buffet style; fresh croissants. Ideal spot to wake up and go watch the sunrise.
The staff were sweet. Air con was fantastic, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Ceiling fans wits have been appreciated. A power point for the kettle. Cleaning of the room was intermittent and replenishment of the coffee would’ve been good.
Breakfast was nice but the hot food was never actually hot.
The stay was lovely but there were many many areas of the property that were run down.
Overall, I liked it, but it was very overpriced in comparison to other beachfront accommodation in the area.

Not what it used to be

La piscina, cercanía a la playa.

Me hospedé acá en noviembre del 2019 y me gustó mucho por eso regresé, sin embargo esta estancia no fue mala pero si me decepcionó comparando mi estancia pasada. Las habitaciones podrían estar más limpias, si bien es un lugar con mucha naturaleza en la
Habitación habían bichitos y gusanos que no sabía de dónde bajaban al piso.
El desayuno muy básico y poca variedad, antes era un buffet amplio y con cocineros haciendo el desayuno al momento, la tostadora no funcionaba.
Para pedir comida en la playa de su propio bar demoró una hora, estuve a punto de cancelarlo.
Las instalaciones se ven ya muy viejas, los muebles y demás. Inclusive antes te servían el café en una bandejita en forma de piña ahora nada. También tenían sillones y sunbeds entre el restaurante y la zona de playa, ahora ya no. Lo mejor del hotel es que tiene salida directa al
Mar, fuera de eso no regresaría, no fue terrible pero como está ahora no vale lo que se paga, una pena ya que tenía potencial y las fotos que muestran en instagram no es la realidad del hotel. Si se enfocan en cómo empezaron ganarían clientela ya que la isla ha progresado mucho y los nuevos hoteles si se renuevan.

Great location and lovely property
Pros:

We loved our stay at Sunrise Resort, our room was spacious, private and quiet. The location is great for snorkelling straight off the beach in front and lots of great restaurants very close.
We will definitely stay at Sunrise Resort again.

Cons:

As others have said there are signs of age, but it's part of the charm, it's an older property in a great location.

Gute Wahl für Gili Air mit gutem Pool
Pros:

Pool-Landschaft ist spitze, Lage perfekt. Bester Strand und Schnorchel-Spot direkt vor der Tür.

Die obere Etage in den Villen kann durch eine Klappe in der Decke der Villa erreicht werden. Dort sind Hängematten vorhanden. Ganz nette Idee, aber am Ende dann doch nie genutzt.

Frühstück wurde als Buffett angeboten. Soweit okay, das Auffüllen war nur manchmal schwierig, auf Nachfrage klappte es dann aber.

Cons:

Zu Viert wird es in den Villen eng als Familie mit Kindern.

Personal beim Frühstück war immer nett, aber leider selbst für Gili-Verhältnisse langsam und vergesslich.
