MIGLIORABILE
Pros:

L’heritage hotel life palace è una struttura di medio livello che non merita, pienamente, le quattro stelle.
E’ ben posizionato nel centro storico di Šibenik ( l’albergo e’ raggiungibile solo a piedi).
e la stanza ( 401) ha buona qualità del sonno.

Cons:

Stanza mansardata, piuttosto piccola ( ma rispecchiava quella prenotata sul portale).
- mancanza di acqua in omaggio.
- prezzo dei prodotti del frigobar elevati
Televisore con soli 2 canali, esclusivamente croati, non accettabile per un 4 stelle.
- acqua calda in quantità ridotta dal lavandino
Migliorabile anche la colazione che, ancorché fosse sia dolce che salata, presentava poca varietà, soprattutto nel dolce.
Rapporto qualità/ prezzo, leggermente negativo.

Pros:

L’hotel è situato nel centro storico della città. Zona pedonale. Impossibile arrivarci col proprio mezzo. Noi eravamo in moto, e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sul lungomare.
Camere eleganti e pulite, staff cordiale.

Fabulous hotel, staff and location
Pros:

Just back from a fabulous 4 nights here. It's a wonderful hotel, the location is perfect-right in the centre of Šibenik old town, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are full of character and very comfortable-the only suggestion from us would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Considering the central location the room was exceptionally quiet.
I cannot compliment the staff enough-both Maja and Jasmine were so friendly and helpful, they definitely enhanced our stay. Thank you girls

Pros:

Absolutely loved our holiday ,everything was first class from start to finish.
The whole experience ran really smoothly from checking in to checking out.
I'd like to say a big shout out to the lovely Jasmin who greeted us at the reception desk with the loveliest warm smile and friendly welcome.
Jasmin couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable and checked in on us everyday!

Rooms were spotless and location first class with many places to eat all around us.
We were so lucky we made friends with another two couples and we all had a beautiful last day together visiting the most stunning waterfalls that I'd highly recommend...Thank you Mandy your so super organised like our having personal tour guide 💕
