I dare say this is Hanoi's best hotel...
Pros:

Stunning hotel and room, great value, wonderful staff (Linh Pham was so nice and helpful) and ideal location

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

All good but the best was the excellent service from all the staff, they agreed to store our luggage, provided shower facilities after checkout.

Cons:

Room did not have a window
Shower and toilet were very small

Otelin önünde kazı çalışması olduğundan bizi La Siesta Hang Thung adlı diğer otellerine aldılar ve hiçbir ek ücret talep etmeden odamızı junior suite e yükselttiler. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibardı. Oda çok temizdi. Kahvaltı oldukça lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. son gün geç check-out yapmamıza olanak tanıdılar ayrıca havuzun ordaki duşu kullanabildik havalanına gitmeden. Genel olarak çok keyifliydi.

Pros:

Location of the hotel is great, very central. The buffet breakfast for the hotel was very good. The deco of the hotel is excellent for a small boutique hotel. Loved staying there. Special thanks to the hotel staff who were very polite and professional and very helpful. A special shout out to Linh Le, who was part of the reception team.

朝ごはんが美味しかった。セミオーダー式ビュッフェで、メインは変わらないけど、サブのメニューは毎日変わるので全く飽きませんでした。
部屋も圧迫感は感じない、ちょうど良い広さで清潔。無料の水のボトルがあって、おかわり自由で助かりました。
ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティが高く、値段以上に満足しました。
ハノイに行くことがあったらまた泊まりたいです
