The La Siesta premium is a lovely welcoming hotel in a fantastic location.
From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Linh Pham, she kindly shared recommendations, checked we were good the following morning at breakfast and helped us whenever we had a query.
When we returned briefly following g a trip to halong bay before heading to the airport linh gave us drinks to take to the airport, as we had checked out the day before this was very kind of her.

This stay was an absolute delight and exceeded all my expectations — a perfect experience from start to finish! The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated, with a spacious, welcoming lobby and great atmosphere. Every little detail is well cared for, making me feel relaxed the moment I walked in.

The room was spotless and odor-free, with meticulous cleaning. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just right, helping me unwind easily. The sound insulation was excellent; it stayed quiet at night, so I enjoyed a great night’s sleep. The bathroom had stable water pressure, and the toiletries were clean and practical, reflecting thoughtful attention to quality.

A special thank you to staff member Linh Pham for her warm, thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. She responded promptly and patiently to requests without being intrusive, creating a wonderfully comfortable experience.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, convenient for transport and dining, ideal for travelers and short stays alike. It offers incredible value for money, with flawless surroundings, cleanliness, facilities and service. This was a wonderful stay. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

Location was central and lively, rooms were clean, and the staff were wonderful! Linh gave us a list of restaurant recommendations on our first night, and we ended up visiting a few of them. Would highly recommend La Siesta Premium Hang Be for your time in Hanoi.

Amazing hotel and staff especially for the value. We had a great connecting room and the location in the old city was great for tourism. Linh at the front desk sent us a ton of helpful recommendations. The rooms were so cute and had AC!!!

Everything here is wonderful! The staffs are kind and humble. Near the lake and train street is also the benefit to live here. :)

We had such a wonderful stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be! Linh was incredibly helpful, giving us great tips on things to do around the Old Quarter, which made planning our trip so easy. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, exactly what we needed after exploring the busy streets of Hanoi. As first-time visitors to Vietnam, finding a hotel close to the Old Quarter yet peaceful at night was really important, and La Siesta delivered perfectly. We’d definitely love to book here again on our next visit!

I’ve stayed at the La Siesta hotels in Vietnam a couple of times. Each time I’m truly surprised at how good the service is. The hotel looks nice and is clean but the BEST part is the people. As soon as you step in the doors and the cacophony of the streets of Hanoi fades away, you truly relax aided by the wonderful people there. This trip, Linh Pham made sure my stay was excellent. Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely polite and attentive and went above and beyond to make my post graduation trip extra special. The spa was superb. Overall such a haven from the busy city. I would highly recommend.
