Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Pleasantly suprised by warm greeting from the team. Linh Pham was very helpful with all needs and shared all knowledge and sent me locations at need through WhatsApp. Room was pleasant with what I needed and location was in close walking distance to all the spots needed to be seen. The beds! They feel like it's cuddling you. The room was perfect. Everything was good, from the fluffy pillows, bath robes, great water pressure, immaculately clean, French balcony and daily supplies which included a French press + appropriate coffee. The staff we're infallible and I really loved the pianist in the lobby. Absolutely nothing negative. I enjoyed 3 nights here and loved every minute.
I had a wonderful 2-night stay with La Siesta Hang Be. Since I arrived early at 9:00 AM before room check-in, they kindly redirected me to La Siesta hang thung for my first night with a room upgrade! The next day, they effortlessly transferred my luggage to Hang Be.
A special shoutout to Ruby, who went above and beyond for me. She was so warm, friendly, and clear in her communication. She saved my trip by helping me rebook a last-minute journey to Sapa after my initial ticket fell through, and also arranged a great private tour around Hanoi.

Fantastic stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be - delicious food, very comfortable beds, wonderful service! Special shout out to Linh Pham who went the extra mile on our behalf, sent us very helpful info for Train St incl train times and the best place to head to see them, she also went out of her way to organise a pre-packed breakfast for our 7am departure - what a star!
My stay at La Siesta was nothing short of wonderful. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotless, and the staff was consistently kind, warm, and attentive. Linh handled our check-in and was exceptionally helpful throughout our entire visit, anytime we needed assistance, she was right there! My friends and I stayed for three nights and didn't have a single complaint. The location is perfect to explore Hanoi for a few days. To top it off, the breakfast was easily the best I had on my entire trip. I truly can't wait to return!
Wonderful stay, friendly and helpful hotel staffs, including Linh Pham that provided excellent services. There’s also another canteen staff (I forgot her name) with pony tail and wear a pair of glasses that deserved recognition.
