I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the decoration was beautiful and stylish, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Most importantly, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
What an Oasis in the very heart of the Old Town! So centrally located! And, Oh MY GOODNESS! The staff! Every one of them, so attentive. Each of them made us feel so special and welcomed us every time we came in from the chaos that is the fun of the old quarter in Hanoi. One time, as we were leaving, the concierge told me that if I was tired and wanted to return to the hotel, I should just call the hotel and they would send a ride to pick me up and bring me back. I had a 90 min message at the spa that was one of the best I have ever had! The breakfast buffet was amazing, but our favorite was the Happy Hour in the evening on the rooftop after a busy and tiring day. La Siesta Premium may be a little more money, but worth every penny! Maybe one of my favorite hotel experiences ever, certainly the best staff we have ever experienced!
A pool would have been nice, but all in all, I would totally stay here again.

Exceptional service and attention to detail from the time of check in through to check out. The Penthouse has amazing views of the city! A notable thank you to Quan and the team for helping sort out numerous things for us, this was very much appreciated. We will stay here again for sure!
Stayed in the Junior Suite, it was very comfortable and the location is great! The staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is great with lovely views.
From the moment we arrived, we were provided the highest level of customer service. Whether it was advice on best restaurants, best locations to see train street, where to get a certain gift, they were always happy and av as liable to help. Exceptional staff, with special mention to Quan, who made our stay an amazing experience. Location is right in the middle of the busy old town, but is a haven of tranquility inside. Restaurant great, roof top bar very laid back. Highly recommend if you want boutique elegance, without the formality of a huge high end hotel chain. Best hotel we stayed in during our tour of vietnam
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Linh was absolutely exceptional — super accommodating, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our time at La Siesta, and even in Hanoi as a whole, was truly memorable.
She kept everything seamlessly organised by sending us all the information via WhatsApp, which made communication incredibly convenient and stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask — she always made sure our needs were met before we even had to think about them.
Thanks to Linh's thoughtfulness and care, our stay in Hanoi felt less like a hotel experience and more like being looked after by a friend who knew the city inside out. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
Excellent place, I loved it, especially the staff, particularly Linh Pham. She is wonderful, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the guests. She is the best; she makes you feel at home. It's wonderful.
I want to say the service from the entire staff was amazing the hotel was amazing the breakfast was phenomenal it's in a perfect location close to everything in Old quarter but I want to make a special thank you to Linn Pham talk about making a vacation amazing the woman was on point she was just a fantastic host when you're on vacation and you never want to hear the answer no this is this woman she makes everything happen for you she tried to save us money with the vendors she tried to save us money with traveling taxis etc the woman is just an amazing host I thought she was the manager and I discussed with the manager after I realized she was a front desk assistant and told him I honestly thought she was the manager she was that on point she made my stay at this la siesta something extremely special thank you for your kindness and your care Allen aura Don and Mary Lynn lots of hugs hope to return we come back to Hanoi we will definitely return to la siesta
Amazing and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, gorgeous and clean hotel. I can’t recommend this place enough. I felt tremendously cared for and valued by everyone working here. They helped me get through a really tough day after losing my passport. They helped book transportation, spa services, contacted the embassy….unbelievable service.
Small bathroom
For most of us, this was our first time in Vietnam. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel truly played a part in that! The hotel was beautiful, we were in awe of the design of the hotel. The location was also perfect, it is close to the lake, Michelin restaurants, and even small shops where you can get souvenirs for your friends and family!
We felt very welcomed during our first day, and felt special up until our last day at Vietnam. All thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. They made sure to provide us with all of the information needed, and no matter who you asked, they all knew what to say and what suggestions to give. They provided us with suggestions on where to go, and even gave us helpful advice regarding our travel time to the airport, especially with the holiday at Vietnam.
I’d also like to give a special mention to Linh Pham, who was very accommodating. Aside from that, she was also very efficient, and would take care of our requests right away. When we requested a change of rooms due to noise on the street, it was immediately taken care of. At breakfast, she would be there, and would accommodate our needs as well. I was sick during my stay, and she even asked me how I was doing, which I very much appreciate.
We enjoyed the breakfast as well, especially the pho and the home made yogurt! We also appreciate the fresh fruits offered during our welcoming and before leaving the hotel.
Lastly, we really enjoyed our spa experience at the hotel. The way the oils were presented with tea and snacks on the side, truly the best way to set the mood and an aesthetic way to present clients with choices. The massage and hair treatment was AMAZING, I slept so well after the treatments and wish they lasted longer!
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here again!

Phenomenal experience! Hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. But none of that compares to the around the clock service provided by Quan and his team. Truly provided a masterclass in hospitality. 10/10 would come again
