My family reunion stay
Pros:

The Best Western on Parish road has always been a great stay. I have been here a few times and I have had no bad experiences. For example: rooms are always clean and cozy, breakfast has been upgraded but always delicious even though I made a big mess with the pancake dispenser, Davion was polite and cleaned it all up. She is a prime example of how you display customer service. All staff was pleasant and very welcoming. Thanks for my stay and accommodation. We will not hesitate to come to this location ever.

I was verbally harassed and called names for 20 minutes by staff

Cons:

Worst hospitality in my life I was verbally harassed, yelled at , called names and treated terribly by a staff member who literally had a meltdown down for 20 minutes. I have the video. Then instead of understanding the situation and watching the video, the manager kicked me off the property by calling the police and saying I tresspassed even though I had paid for 5 days and never once broke a rule nor was rude.

The location

Cons:

The idea of signing a document pertaining to liability about property damage before seeing the actual room. Then we got in the room, finding out that the closet door was broken causing us to be more extra careful with using the facilities more than we could enjoy and stayed relax with peace of mind. There were so much to think about.
