Amazing hotel with great service
Pros:

Amazing hotel with great restaurants and amenities.
I called the hotel and Margoux was a great help, when I checked in I was helped by Juliette and she accommodate all our requests.
Julia was very helpful as well as she helped set all our rooms next to each other.

A three-day parenthesis nestled in a splendid place and room.
Pros:

The welcome was both professional and warm. The room was top notch, with a gorgeous view. The bathroom and the bed get a 5 stars. Fantastic location (lake, city...). The whole staff turned out to be extremely kind and helpful, and very pro.

Cons:

We took the "unlimited spa access" but didn't go there once. It was relatively far away from our room, and crossing the main lobby hall in a bathrobe was kind of an additional hindrance. But then again: the bathroom was 5 stars - it was our private spa.

Fantastic place with some improvement opportunity
Pros:

Good location, beautiful rooms, well equipped gym and spa. Clean and modern. Excellent breakfast and breakfast service

Cons:

Bar service in the garden was impolite, very slow and delivered false orders twice. Really not up to standards.
