Tout était très bien, très bonne note pour le clé d’or pour la réception le Personel en général petit bémol pour le restaurant que ce soit le gastro Italien j’ai trouvé cher et pas à la hauteur. Dommage car l’établissement mérite mieux

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Service im Garten war nicht gut. Wir sassen lange ohne Bedienung aus dem Bar Bereich. Gleichzeitig stehen 3-4 Personen aus dem Restaurant-Team zusammen und unterhalten sich. 45min ohne Service und Getränke!

Im Eingangsbereich roch es nicht gut.

Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, la qualité du petit déjeuner et la réactivité du personnel à chaque demande. Le fait de ne JAMAIS être pressé pour quoi que ce soit (bien qu'en retard pour tout de notre côté :D)

Cons:

NA_ Du moins pas du ressort de l'hotel mais l'accueil et l'attente au rooftop rendent l'expérience facultative
