The room had a new fixtures, furniture, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. It was an older property but has been well kept.
It did not have interior hallways.
Is was the most cleanest hotel I have ever been to in years. Everything was excellent, staff was amazing, and my grandkids had everything they needed.

1st room Had BLACK MOLD ALL !!! across ceiling
They moved us to another room and next morning while I was down at breakfast the cleaning lady walked in room with my wife in Tub, and I had placed the "Privacy " tag on door !!! she said night shift didn't tell her we had been moved.
We always stay here when we're visiting Dollywood, several times per year. The breakfast area is large and full of a variety of foods!!

The room we were in was very spacious...being a big plus! Everything else including cleanliness, breakfast, staff, pools, location were great.
We were in a double queen with walk in shower. The room lighting was a bit dark. A couple of times the available parking was scarce. We had to park out by the front desk near the highway.

It's a facility definitely is showing its age. The beds need to be replaced. They're extremely worn out, could use some paint in the rooms and all the electrical outlets don't work very well.
