The location is very good.
The only thing I didn't like was that the room we had was up front of the building and we didn't have a balcony.
The next time we stay I will request one.
It was no fault of the staff I just didn't ask for a room with a balcony.
We did have a pool view though.
Really no complaints at all!
We had the townhouse suite and it was absolutely huge.
The fridge wouldn’t keep things cold and hard to cool upstairs. We kept the blinds closed and lights off. Good thing we brought fans as well.
The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The in-room refrigerator was larger than most hotel room refrigerators; however, it did not have a freezer section/compartment. The pool near the entrance was clean and refreshing; a hot tub was close by. At breakfast, we learned that there is a second swimming pool at the rear of the facility. The breakfast room is well laid out with tables inside and outside. The food selection is typical of many hotels: scambled eggs, sausage patties, cooked oatmeal, cold cereal, self-serve waffle cooker, coffee, hot water for tea and making hot cereal, cold milk, juice dispenser, bananas, and various flavors of yogurt. The facility is well maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, including GSMNP entrance. I rate this hotel a good value.
The breakfast room seating was crowded making access to the food stations awkward and cumbersome. Outside seating is available, though.
Area was great !
Roaches in my room
Love the location. Right Next door to slick city. Restaurants in walking distance. Pool was nice and clean. Room is cool and clean.Breakfast was good. We were on bottom floor and had parking 4 feet from our door. Easy access for sure. After going out that night had to park further away due to the parking lot being full.
The lighting in the room wasn't great. The door to our room had a pretty big crack in it. And I would have liked a better lock system. Just not what I'm use to. We usually get places that the doors are on the inside and have to go through the lobby. It's not a big deal as my kids are grown now. But when they were smaller this is something that might have made a difference.
Breakfast was great.
Honestly, everything met my expectation or exceeded them.
Everything was great! Breakfast was good, pool/hot tub was a plus. Great that they offer 2 lg pools, kiddie pool, hot tub outside as well as a pool inside. Room was clean. Everything we needed.

Location was great. Close to what we needed.
The staff wasn't too friendly. Also, very loud people that like to stay right outside and be obnoxious and loud. Room smelled like weed. Tried calling the front desk 4 times for noise and they did not pick up once. Definitely don't recommend this place. Will stay away.
Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Maintenance guy. I think named Phillip assisted us with the 3 room changes. He was nice
When arrived. First assigned room had lots of mold on the ceiling. Was assigned a different room. It was very humid and damp. Then was upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony on a different side of the building. This was nicer. Room still felt damp unless the air was left the temp on like 68.
Location was great.
It had ants and some kind of water bugs crawling in our room. & two of the main plug ins didnt work in our room either. & the front desk said they couldnt do much about it for us.
Convenience
Room smelled of musty mold and bleach
We stayed here for one night as part of our honeymoon as I wanted to stay in a traditional motel. The hotel itself was basic and what we expected. However, my wife did not like the stay at all and didn't feel safe here.
Positives:
1. The location was at the other end of Pigeon Forge to The Island and more towards The Old Mill and Dollywood. There were restaurants nearby and so we could walk to these and to shops etc. The walk to the nearest bar (Casual Pint) was a bit long though especially in the hot sun.
2. The room had a TV which could be connected to Netflix which we appreciated.
3. The grounds of the hotel were well maintained. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. There were plenty of parking spaces and we didn't have to wait at all to check in or check out.
Negatives:
1. The air conditioning was of poor quality and gave me a sore throat.
2. Although the room was clean, my wife didn't like the overwhelming smell of bleach in the room. We also didn't really like the tip envelope for the cleaner as they asked for tips for doing their job i.e. for making the room clean for our arrival. We only stayed one night and so didn't appreciate being told to tip despite us knowing that there is a tipping culture in the US.
3. The bed was uncomfortable and made a noise every time you moved in the bed.
4. The free breakfast was OK but we experienced better in the other two hotels we stayed in during our honeymoon. People were picking food up with their hands and, although not the hotel's fault per se, you would think there would be someone to point out that food should not be handled in that way.
Overall, it's somewhere to stay on a budget but we were both pleased to check out given that we were staying for 6 nights at a higher rated hotel (Inn on the River).
Room was very clean and quiet!
Tunnel driving truck through!
Food was excellent.
