Pros:

location was great, in the centre of local restaurants and shops. room was good and clean. bed comfortable

Cons:

air con in room was so loud so couldn't really sleep whilst it was on. breakfast was advertised until 10am but after about 9:20 the staff were packing up and no more food was put out so was very limited.

This was my first experience at this hotel I was recommended by another to stay at for the convenience of the location.
Pros:

I really liked where the property was located. It was very convenient to get to most places in pigeon Forge, especially Dollywood
Breakfast was great though!

Cons:

I thought it would be a lot nicer. It was just very mediocre. Was not the cleanest the bathroom door you had to slam for it to actually shut.
And then trying to add extra was a whole ordeal.
The hot tub outside I was very much disappointed with after a long day at Dollywood. I wanted to relax in a hot tub, not a lukewarm bath that wasn’t even filled up the whole way.

We enjoyed our stay overall.
Pros:

I liked that it was first floor access. The multiple pools was also a plus. I loved that my bed was made everyday and was provided with fresh towels everyday as well. The front desk was very friendly.

Cons:

Being on the first floor, you definitely hear everything. At 11pm-12am one night, there were people outside of my door, yelling, running, & playing loud music. I feel there should be a curfew for late nights.
I feel as though it could have been a bit cleaner. The floor was sticky and made my feet dirty walking without shoes. My 5yo plays on the floor and he ruined his pj’s from the floor being dirty. The shower had 2 wads of hair in the tub & the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly so it would fill with water while washing your hands & brushing your teeth.

Everything was great!
Pros:

Room was big. Comfortable beds and cool ac for those hot days. Staff was nice and check in was easy. Very good breakfast in the mornings so that helps save you money for other activities for the family to do! Great Stay! Have stayed with them several times before and many more to come

Pros:

Location was great, price wasn't bad, water pressure in shower was great and Water was hot

Cons:

Floors we're super nasty we walked from the bathroom to the bed and our feet were black and nasty.
The shower drained out very slow.
Woke up to a infestation of ants in the bathroom and all over the towels and bathroom sink.
