It was inviting, relaxing, and very quiet. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Very clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. Good quality food, Staff was on top of keeping food trays full and hot. Eager to assist when help was needed.

I will stay again when traveling through the area.

July 4th Storm Stay
Pros:

On July 3rd the area suffered a storm that caused wide spread wind damage and power outage in NJ. We decided to spend the nights at the Best Western Plus in Morristown while crews restored power to our neighborhood. We were lucky and was able to get a room for three nights. We had a King-sized bed and a clean room. A very good breakfast was included with the room. The staff were friendly and understanding considering the area storm damage.

Great staff, clean comfortable room.
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff who could not have been more accommodating. I requested an early check-in because I arrived in the morning with my dog and they were able to check me in right away. The room was a good size with plenty of space for my 15 year old human and 13 year old dog. It was clean and on a brutally hot summer day, the air-conditioning was doing its job.
They also have fresh baked cookies and wine out in the afternoon for the guests, which is a nice touch you don't expect at a Best Western. The building itself was also quite charming and I assume Best Western bought an existing property.
Overall, for a fair price, this is a great choice if staying in this area.

Cons:

I honestly liked it all. Don't go in expecting the Ritz Carlton and you won't be disappointed.

Location was great downtown Morristown. Ev charges. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Pillows were super hard and uncomfortable. Walls paper thin. Breakfast coffee was terrible Food regular processed bland food.

Pros:

Friendly staff - at our check in, Mare had to handle three things at once and still she was able to give each of us personal attention. Our room was quiet, a little larger than we expected, immaculately clean, well-maintained, and the beds were good. Appreciated the mini-fridge with freezer big enough to re-freeze our blue ice. Breakfast was a little better than motel average, loved the fresh berries. A solid and pleasant spot for an overnight stay, we would stay here again.
