I needed and requested a rollin shower. I called ahead and was assured it was available. When we arrived, it had been given to someone else, causing me great discomfort.

Very comfortable bedding especially since we drove straight through from Sandy, Utah and I was exhausted. The sad part is I found out we didn’t have to wait in the car until 3 pm on a hot day. The staff said we could have paid an extra $10 to check in early. They were very friendly and helpful. We came to see university of Boulder
I wish I had known I could have checked in earlier. We got into Longmont at 4 pm and slept in the car until sunup and we found the hotel but since it wasn’t 3 pm yet, we went to carls junior to get out of the heat for breakfast and then we still had three hours so we went to a movie
Breakfast was good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Room was musty when we entered and we had to run air conditioning almost whole night to get rid of smell. The pillows were terrible. It was so late when we arrived that we just put up with these issues which made for the worst sleep in a long time.
The hotel was smaller which I liked because I have 2 little kids. Plus breakfast was different every morning and that was great! And they had fun facts with breakfast which we learned stuff!

The breakfast selection was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The metal barrier under the bed was irritating - made a clanging noise when inadvertently touched. I had to get new room key every day, as lock wasn't working properly. I was surprised when I could not get a printed receipt upon checkout, and was told they would not even tell me what the total charges were for my stay.
