It was spacious The bed was comfortable, and the TV was big and it had good Internet.
The receptionist was in a hurry because she wanted to go and they asked us for €100 for any damage in the room and they told us to pay with card. I told her that I only have cash and she told us that the only way to get the room is to pay with card after a bit. She told us that we can go to another hotel we can pay with cash. It was like five minutes from where we are.
Siempre muy limpio, habitación bien equipada! Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el frigobar y lo cambiaron de inmediato!

Ubicación
Por el precio que cobran podrían tener un colchón medianamente bueno. Los colchones se le salen los resortes, l colchón completamente vencido y viejo, además la base de la cama estaba hundida en forma de hamaca, el descanso fue imposible.
Cobran una barbaridad para tener lo más importante para mi en mal estado. Lo primero que uno necesita es descansar
Friendly staff, very clean and well stocked apartment.
The Personnel was friendly to explain and share some context about Barcelona.
The Hotel is within a 5 Minute walking distance Train Station.
At first the Window is not closing, in which the Staff and Hotel were aware of it, but still they let us use the room and didn’t fix it during our stay.
The Television, also in which they are also aware, did not bother to let us know at the check-in that it doesn’t work. If we didn’t ask, we wouldn’t have known it.
Two flaws and no compensation about it.
Plus, every morning, the cleaning lady is SO LOUD while cleaning the other rooms. Like dropping things and moving furnitures kind of noise.

Amazing staff, clean room, close to metro. The lady at the front desk is incredibly sweet and helpful.

Location is great in a quiet neighborhood but with great access to transportation.
Staff is amazing, both front desk lady and cleaning lady.
They provide filtered water and there is a small fridge in the room.
There are no couches or chairs in the common spaces, nowhere to sit if you have to wait.
All the outside places are used as terraces for other rooms so some of the windows are blocked.
Triple Room was so small, there was barely any room to move around or store luggage.
C'est un petit hôtel de 12 chambres proche du métro. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la chambre : plateau de courtoisie (bouilloire, café, thé, et bouteille d'eau), sèche-cheveux et défroisseur.
Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place, réception ouverte de 14h à 22h.
