Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and snacks included. Clean and well maintained rooms.
Only downside this time we stayed were the renovations being done in the lobby, although it did not impede on our trip and all noise was during the day so no impact to our sleep.
It was a convenient location for us considering the plans we had! The rooftop area is such a nice vibe, the beds were super comfy, loved the daily housekeeping option despite our short stay, loved the 24/7 pantry filled with drinks, snacks and other treats! The complimentary breakfast came in handy and the staff was a huge highlight (I didn’t get their names unfortunately) but they were so sweet, accomodating and even the security guards made us feel so welcomed!!
Personally there was nothing to dislike but if I had to say something, the elevator doors close sooo fast and suddenly lmao
Enjoyed staying here. The property was nice even though they were doing construction, which I knew about it prior to booking. Regardless of this lobby construction, there was no noise and the room was extremely comfortable. Close to a lot of great restaurants all walkable distance along with places of interest.
Construction but it truly was not an inconvenience.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, you could order between a few options. The free snacks and drinks were awesome. The bathroom was nice, with a separate shower with a door to prevent the whole bathroom getting wet after showering. Plently of hot water. The shower is not made for tall people though, at 5'8" I barely fit under the rain showerhead (helped if I tilted it). If you are taller, you can just use the detachable showerhead though. Front desk staff were helpful. When the weigh scale was being used the night before our flight, the receptionist delivered it to our room first thing in the morning. The security guard out front rushed to help us with our bags when arriving and leaving, and was overall a very kind man.
My only complaint is that there was some black mould growing in the shower. Especially on the roller blinds inside the shower (it is a weird design, but needed for privacy from the rest of the bedroom).
The roller blind design itself was not a dealbreaker in any way, but the mould would have bothered me if I was staying for more than one night.
The room is very spacious and clean and very cute ..I loved it.wish I could have stayed long longer
It’s a great central spot! I’ve stayed here twice now and I really enjoy it. The rooms are spotless and comfy. The air conditioning is excellent. Plus, the rooftop is lovely and the open pantry with free snacks, beers and ice tea is just the icing on the cake.
I’m definitely planning to return.
Nothing comes to mind
Super Lage, total zentral und dennoch vergleichsweise ruhig.
I wish there is a lift to go up all the way to level 7
Had such a great stay here. Beds were comfortable, breakfast on the rooftop was stunning. Good location and free snacks and water. The staff were all really helpful. Especially the security staff at the front. Shower was great.
Nothing.
It was centrally located, and had a fairly nice rooftop with a good view.
Also, the AC was good and not blowing on the bed, which was refreshing to feel.
They had free drinks at all times available.
It’s just really dated and you can see that it hasn’t been paid attention to over at least 2-3 years.
Everywhere you look is dirt, the carpet looks horrible, every wall you look at could do with a brush of paint, every seam should be renewed as they are blackened/moulded. Not to mention the mice/rats on the rooftop.
We stayed on the top floor and the shower water also didn’t get more than lukewarm even after 10 minutes of waiting
The staff are doing their best but also rather appear to be students than trained professionals. The place clearly needs management.
With its price, foc drinks, instant noodles, snacks, breakfast, good location, good for business people like me who feels tired after a long day and just want to rest.
Of course location wise, if you want to walk around , its very well located.
The toilet was not really well design. As the sealing of the door is not that well, water will still sip out to the main toilet area. However, there was no separation from the main toilet and the room, hence water will flow into the room, so you have to becareful with how you shower to avoid, wetting the whole place.
