Für uns für 3h vor Abflug absolut ok
Pros:

Wir waren nur ca. 3h im Hotel als Überbrückung bis zum Abflug. Für 100k IDR bietet das Hotel einen Flughafentransfer an. Der Transfer dauert ca. 10min., weshalb das Hotel für uns optimal gelegen war. Der Preis des Zimmers war sehr günstig. In dieser Preiskategorie darf man auch nicht zu viel erwarten.
Personal war sehr freundlich. Essen im Restaurant war ok.

Cons:

Sauberkeit des Sofas im Zimmer.
Temperatur des Pools recht kalt.
Die Fotos zum Hotel auf booking.com sind arg optimiert… die Realität sieht deutlich weniger schön aus.

Loved our stay as always.
Pros:

Staff were very hard working attentive and friendly. Enjoyed all the food at the restaurant as well. Good location near the airport for a few nights.

Cons:

It’s getting a bit old but they do a good job trying to keep everything nice and tidy. The towels looked very old and the room is very dark at night. Could do with a little more lighting. But overall very satisfied.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable con nosotros. El alojamiento es bastante grande por lo que si vas cargado de bártulos, no es muy cómodo que te den una habitación muy lejana a la recepción. Como nuestro vuelo salía temprano, nos prepararon el desayuno take away y estaba bastante bueno. El alojamiento tenía una piscina bastante grande con hamacas.

Cons:

Solo tenían dos horarios de Transfer al aeropuerto, lo que nos pareció muy escueto. Quizás deberían poner otro ascensor por si tiene mucho equipaje y tienes que ir a una habitación bastante lejana a la recepción. Mejorar la limpieza suelo habitación

이번 발리 쿠타 일정 중 가장 기대했던 곳인데, 전반적으로 정말 만족스러운 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 특히 수영장 시설과 접근성이 단연 최고였습니다!
​식사를 하거나 여유를 즐기다가 언제든 바로 물로 뛰어들어 수영을 즐길 수 있는 동선이 정말 환상적이었어요. 수영장 수질도 깔끔하게 잘 관리되어 있었고, 수영하며 바라보는 리조트 특유의 여유롭고 이국적인 분위기 덕분에 제대로 된 힐링을 할 수 있었습니다. 수영장 하나만으로도 다시 방문하고 싶을 만큼 잊지 못할 즐거운 추억이 되었습니다. 공항과의 접근성도 좋아 여행 전후로 편안하게 머물기 좋은 곳입니다.

​우선 식사 시간에 저녁 바베큐 파티 참여 여부를 여쭤보시는 직원분들의 마음은 감사했으나, 식사 중 여러 번 안내를 받다 보니 다소 여유롭게 식사에 집중하기 어려운 느낌이 있었습니다. 조금 더 조용한 분위기에서 식사할 수 있도록 배려해 주시면 더욱 좋을 것 같아요.
​조식 메뉴는 조금 더 다양하거나 퀄리티가 보완되면 만족도가 훨씬 높을 것 같습니다. 또한, 발리의 기후 특성상 습도가 높다 보니 객실 내에서 약간의 눅눅함이나 습한 냄새가 느껴졌는데, 환기나 제습 관리에 조금만 더 신경 써주신다면 더할 나위 없이 쾌적한 머무름이 될 것 같습니다!
