Pros:

Proximity to the airport… Hotel service and attention, availability of a children's pool, and large, clean rooms…

Cons:

I had some comments about the taxis, but I understood that traffic congestion really does affect their work... and Istanbul is known for its traffic congestion during peak hours.

Kostenloser Shuttleservice zum Flughafen und zum Hotel vom Flughafen aus.
Generell gute Sauberkeit.
Klassisches Design.
Beeindruckende Lobby und Spa Bereich.
Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Enger älterer Aufzug dafür aber 2 vorhanden.
Ich kann jetzt nur vom Standard Zimmer sprechen.
Das Zimmer bzw die Ausstattung war teilweise veraltet.
Schimmel im Silikon der Dusche sichtbar und Wasseraustitt von der Duschwand auf dem Boden das ist ein No Go für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.
Keine Ablageflächen am Waschbecken.
Badezimmer und auch das Zimmer allgemein sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort was der Nachbar sagt.
TV hat nicht funktioniert und ein Techniker musste gerufen werden.
Generell ist Renovierungsbedarf nötig.
Betten etwas zu hart für meinen Geschmack.

Für eine Nacht Aufenthalt kann man das alles noch verkraften

Pros:

Personnel très professionnel, sympa et accueillants. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Communication parfois difficile en anglais, surtout au téléphone. Le personnel ne comprend pas toujours ce que l’on veut dire. À part cela tout était parfait.
