Cozy and very clean hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel for its beauty, cleanliness, and the warm hospitality of the staff. We would especially like to highlight the excellent breakfast, with a great variety of options. The breakfast room is also very cozy and inviting.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, with limited storage space. As there were three of us, it was difficult to move around in two of the rooms, as the suitcases could only be placed in the passageway.

Tivemos uma experiência sensacional e está no nosso top 3 de melhores hotéis do mundo. Foi nossa primeira vez no H10 e ficamos apaixonados. Desde a nossa chegada, sendo recebidos pelo Sandro, que é um funcionário acima da média e encantador. Ele já nos recebeu pegando nossas malas, nos oferecendo uma taça de espumante geladíssima, dando dicas incríveis na região e sendo muito simpático. Quando entramos no quarto, ficamos encantados com cada detalhe, tudo lindo, havia uma cartinha de boas vindas com nosso nome e um balde com uma garrafa de espumante de boas vindas. Além disso, havia roupões e chinelos para usarmos no quarto. Achamos eles bem cuidados em cada detalhe. O rooftop que era nosso foco, deixou de ser o ponto alto, mesmo sendo maravilhoso e com uma vista lindaaaa da cidade (não dá para perder). E finalizando a experiência, o café da manhã é ESPETACULAR, sinto saudades da experiência. Gostaria de ressaltar também , o atedimento do Ale no serviço de quarto que foi educado. Muito obrigada H10 por termos uma experiência tão incrível e obrigada Sandro por ser tão especial.

The staff was so hospitable and the roof terrace was a great place to end the day.
Pros:

The reception and all of the staff were incredible. The room was as quiet and comfortable. We loved the roof bar.
