Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was very clean.
At night it was quiet even though it is located next to a busy road.
Location is excellent, close to a public car park(Telpark, which you can reserve with a discount by using the Telpark App) and the metro station. There are also many good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Cons:

The parking situation was very vague, so we booked the above mentioned car park ourselves before arriving. Worked out perfectly in the end.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

This hotel is a small charming hotel with a wonderful staff. We loved our stay there.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about. Breakfast was a bit pricey but other than that everything was wonderful.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good, even though included in our rate after day 1 we chose to eat elsewhere. The walls are paper thin you can hear everyone talking in the hallway and inside the adjoining rooms, including the level above. Not a 4star in any way.

Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the metro station. The interior design has a beautiful vintage style with lots of character and elegance. The front desk always had water, champagne, and snacks available for guests to enjoy and relax. A lovely surprise was that the hotel even gifted us a bottle of champagne as a welcome present. It truly made our stay feel special and memorable.

É o nosso grande ponto de apoio em Lisboa. Ambiente de um belo hotel boutique. Aposentos superconfortaveis. Pequeno almoço sempre muito bom. Um rooftop com ótimo serviço e uma vista deslumbrante. Mas o grande diferencial é a equipe de funcionarios, sempre pronta para nos ajudar e apoiar mesmo em situações que transcendem a rotina de um hotel. Nomear todos seria bem difícil, mas devo destacar a Patrícia, tão eficiente em nos acolher, ajudar e equacionar soluções para nossas necessidades, a prestimosidade do Thalyson e a atenção do Flores no serviço do Pequeno Almoço. Sempre que partimos é com o desejo de um breve retorno.
