Horrible drain smell in the bathroom. Semi-clean, some questionable hairs found in places.

There is construction work going on outside the hotel.

This stay was a shocker for us. We had to book last minute, so rate was quite high. Could not have been worse value for money.
The room appeared clean. However, the building is having significant issues with drainage. The shower flooded and was not able to be fixed. We were moved but we had similar issues in the next room.
Beds are uncomfortable. Staff were a mix of perfectly lovely and rude.
We were woken up at 5:30am one morning to a loud siren and fire alarm and then met with confusion by staff downstairs when we evacuated.

The worst part was that we requested a refund for 2 nights so that we could move hotels. We were told we couldn’t receive a refund despite paying at the property.

Lots happened during a short stay- none of it good. Don’t bother with this one.

The swimming pool was not located in this hotel and required going to another building. Please note that for 3 guests, the third person will be accommodated on a portable bed, which is not particularly comfortable.

Booked the “double/twin room” - unlike other hotels, they aren’t different booking options, you have to select this one and then specify your choice. I requested twin room configuration and was told this would be arranged “depending on availability”. If available? People have to be able to book the hotel knowing they won’t have to share a bed! It was a listed option not an ad hoc request. Not everyone is a couple…not being sure if you’ll be sleeping in the same bed as your travel buddy is not acceptable.

Anyway, we had two singles but pushed right up together, touching, so basically a double. Because the bedside shelves are nailed to the wall, it was not possible to separate the beds by more than an inch. Housekeeping pushed them fully back together every single day, for some reason.

The corridor outside the room stank of I don’t know what. Our bathroom stank of old drains/sewage. This was really unpleasant.

Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to ask if they provide hair conditioner, as I was running low on liquid space and know this is not standard in all hotels. To my delight, they confirmed it was provided. Great, I thought, one less thing to pack. Guess what? No hair conditioner. Not even shampoo!! I asked the cleaning staff and they confirmed that there is no hair conditioner available at all. If they’d just been honest, I’d have packed a travel bottle.

The air conditioning shuts down every time you open the balcony door and does not come back on when you close it again. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS. We wasted a hot, sleepless night not knowing why the air con was so bad. We had gone to put our stuff to dry on the balcony for 10 seconds before bed, locked the door again, and woke up a few hours later hot and sweaty as unbeknownst to us the air con had been off ever since the door opened. I get saving energy, but make it so it reactivates once the door is shut again OR let people know they’ll need to put it on again.

Nos limpiaron la habitación solo 1 día de 6, teníamos que pedir toallas todos los días y hasta el gel y champú se nos acabó. La piscina, que es más bien charca de 2*2, estaba sucísima, con los focos rotos y llena de verdín. Muy ruidosa la gente que venía de fiesta y pasaba de habitación en habitación y no hay control alguno en recepción.
