Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms need to be renovated. Dirty/stained flooring in shower and bathroom. Grout dirty/cracked everywhere. Balcony overlooked a building about 4 feet away. No city or iconic view as stated. Lighting was horrible, either overlit or dark. No ambient lighting at all. Wallpaper stained.

Pros:

After 34hrs of travelling to the hotel, check-in was very straight forward and the staff were very accommodating to my needs. The room was very well kept, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent and you're just a short walk from the Royal palace, main shopping district and metro lines to move around the city.
