Pros:

El cafe varela fantástico, una atención espectacular, me llevaron hasta chia para el desayuno, que no tenía en su menú, la fueron a comprar y en 10 minutos estaba en mi mesa (fue la persona de recepción, no sé qué decir ante ese gesto), ayudaron a mi esposa que tenía un pie lesionado. Nos sentimos especiales. La señora que dirigía el desayuno(no le pregunte su nombre, pero era rumana), tuvo una amabilidad, prestancia, hacía que todo el servicio funcionara perfecto, de otro nivel, el metre de la tarde fue como hablar con un amigo, genial, volveríamos una y otra vez.

Con respecto al Hotel, muy buenas habitaciones, cómodas, espaciosas, sobre todo que viajamos por varias ciudades de Europa y llevamos varias maletas, (a diferencia del hotel en parís), todo muy bien, quizás, agregaría batas y pantuflas que no habías.

La ubicación excelente si quieres estar cerca de todo, metro, restaurantes icónicos, cerca del bullicio, pero un poco más tranquilo que hoteles de la gran vía (donde no hemos alojado en otras ocasiones)

Cons:

En nuestra habitación, no sé si otras, tenían la misma distribución, pero la sala de baño que era vidriada (excelente muy espaciosa, luminosa y con todos los accesorios) daba de frente a la puerta de entrada y, mi esposa estaba en la ducha cuando la persona de housekeeping, abrió la puerta para preguntar si podía hacer la habitación, sería lo único que podría comentar.

I am not sure if all rooms have or don't have carlets, but mine didn't have and I could easily hest people moving or dragging things on the floor... If only they could carpet the floors that'd be great.
