Al met al was het best.
Pros:

Het personeel was echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Betere douche en de bedden en kussen waren
niet zo best voor ons althans,voor andere misschien wel goed
Daarom zijn we ook een dag eerder weggegaan,niet voor het personeel of het eten dat was allemaal goed

Pros:

Zimmer war sehr sauber, auf dem Balkon kann man gärtnern, sprich Unkraut entfernen, wäre angebracht.

Cons:

Das Frühstückbuffet war nicht ansprechend und sehr überschaubar. Aufbackbrötchen, etwas Wurst und Käse. Nicht einladende Marmeladengläser. Die Fläche war schmutzig und voller Krümel. Die Behälter für Wurst und Käse waren mit Fingerabdrücken übersät und ein
Ceralienspender war richtig siffig.
Am 2. Tag habe ich mich beschwert.
Am 3. Tag(Sonntag)war das Buffet reichlich eingedeckt. Sogar Lachs und Spiegeleier. Die Behälter für Wurst und Käse gingen, der Ceralienspender war immer noch ekelhaft. Das Essen war reichlich und gut. Das Bier war viel zu kalt eingestellt und wurde wahrscheinlich deswegen fast ohne Schaum serviert. Der war kurz darauf weg und das Bier sah wie schal aus und schmeckte nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich und um Ausreden für die Mängel bemüht.

Tolle Lage ! schöner Biergarten
Pros:

Perfekte Lage! Biergarten mit tollem Essen. Freundliches Personal. Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet hätte besser sein können. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, höhere Standards bei Sauberkeit und wir kommen wieder !

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen von innen und das bei einer Klinke von außen. Es hat überall nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. In einigen Zimmern darf wohl geraucht werden.

Good location but could do with updating
Pros:

The room was big but a very unusual layout. The shower and sink in the corner of the room with a shower curtain. Separate toilet (bit of a tight squeeze)
The bed was very comfortable, facing the Rhein river, which was lovely.
The location was “spot on”.

Cons:

Albeit the hotel location, which was great, they could do with updating it.
Did have a musty smell which reminded me of an old people’s home (sorry)
Breakfast was ok-ish but no hot breakfast was offered.
As a Brit, we don’t eat meat and chilli peppers for breakfast!

Rheinkönig, ein Tip für Kurzurlaube
Pros:

Frühstück war reichlich, die Lage direkt am Rhein ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind groß und funktionell eingerichtet, sogar mit Balkon
