Pros:

Very good breakfast, great coffee, nice and calm location but still very close to tram and bus stop. The personel was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

It is an old building, so some improvements coud be done accomodation wise.

The hotel is a lovely villa close to Le Cure market and conveniently located. The staff are wonderful - kind and helpful.

Cons:

My room was located in an annex. It was dark, with paint peeling off the walls in some places, a very small and uncomfortable shower, and a toilet seat that tilted to one side. The heating was turned off, and the cold was my biggest issue during the stay. There was no closet, and the kettle was old and rather unappetizing. The floor was a grey-painted cement.
The bed was comfortable enough, but clearly old and showing visible wear and tear. The towels were thin and washed out. Overall, it felt more like a hostel room than a hotel room, despite being priced as one.

A nightmare
Cons:

The pictures advertise the nicest rooms leading the clients to believe the deluxe room shoukd all be equally nice, but they are not. No amenities in the room, and the rooms are dirty. The worst part was the absence of the elevator in the part of the building were thebdelixe roomsnare located, despite advertised otherwise. We desperately needed it due to a revent injury that required an elevator to carry the heavy suitcases, and we were sure we would d get it as it's specifically advertised. We were in shock to find out there was a steep staircase to wait for us. On check out, despite the pronise to help us with the luggage, the guy rudely turned it down saying such service is not included. Shocking.
Nobody attends after 10pm.
Don't book here, therebare so many other nive places out there.

Hôtel très jolie, j’adore les chambres et la décoration. Pas mal pensé, belle cours. Belle pièce pour le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les chambres pas insonorisées, dommage, à minuit j’avais le voisin du dessus qui prenait sa douche, j’avais l’impression qu’il était dans la chambre avec nous. Quand il marchait on entendait tout. On entendait egalement les voitures. Le lit pas super confortable. Petit déjeuner pas extra, pas beaucoup de choix, l’ouverture du petit déjeuner est tard pas avant 7h30…

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner juste comme il faut.
Bon emplacement, car pas très loin du centre ville, donc pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer.
Le personnel est fort sympathique.
