A good decision and experience based on literature provided - not always such a positive outcome😇
Pros:

Everything met our expectations, the relatively "young" manager was very helpful and interactive (Welshman who conducted business as if on a 100 yard (yes I am old) sprint. Encouraging.

Cons:

Nothing, Expectations satisfied.

Pros:

A very comfortable pod. Home from home within and extremely clean. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Ideal location to visit numerous North Wales beautiful areas. Would recommend and definitely return.

Cons:

Parking was a little bit tight in some of the pods, not enough recycling areas.

Stayed as part of a motorcycle trip. Staff were very friendly. Location was great. Fab view from the bedroom window.

Little gem of a place hidden up in the woodland
Pros:

Room was comfortable, well equipped and beds comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Spa bath and shower in good sized bathroom. Iron and ironing board. Tv, alarm clock, hair dryer and portable room fan. Good varied hot and cold buffet style breakfast. Staff very friendly. We ate out elsewhere for evening meal but really wished we had booked a meal in the accommodation. Would definitely stay again, little gem of a place tucked up high into the woodland.

There was nothing we could fault. Met our expectations.

Pros:

Pretty surroundings and quiet. The bar and restaurant staff were very professional and friendly.

Cons:

The room was serviced but the bed wasn’t made and floor wasn’t cleaned during our four night stay.
