A comfortable stay in a nice hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

Check in was excellent. I had asked via email if the hotel could prepare me a sandwich for when i arrived. The hotel did this for me and it was very much appreciated.

Rooms were clean, nice bathroom and comfy bed.

Cons:

No negative comments. It was all good.

A relaxing stay in Halden!
Pros:

We had a beautiful room overlooking the water with a great view of the fortress! I highly recommend! The staff is wonderful, the location is perfect, the room and hotel were kept very clean and the breakfast buffet was diverse! Also, since everyone likes to know about the shower: water was hot and pressure was great! We would definitely stay again when we visit Halden!

Worth a visit.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel location excellent for exploring the town and enjoying the local restaurants. Deluxe rooms with sea views are great

Cons:

I was disappointed that although advertised with restaurant this was unavailable when we arrived as coach parties were booked in. However, local restaurants are excellent. Parking not conveniently located.
