Kreative Zimmer in toller Umgebung

Das grätzlhotel hat besonders kreative Zimmer, die mit allem ausgestattet sind, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betreuung ist gut und bei Fragen reagiert das Team
schnell. Die Lage am Karmeliterplatz ist ausgezeichnet und perfekt, um von dort aus Wien zu erkunden.

La posizione, vicina alla metro, è perfetta, puoi raggiungere ogni posto di Vienna. Vicino ci sono locali e negozi per tutte le esigenze. Struttura pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Perfetta!

Camere da migliorare.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la funzionalità della struttura.

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera assegnata non era quella vista su booking, ma una a piano terra tipo vetrina con tenda. C'era polvere e ho visto pure qualche capello. Credo che avranno sicuramente camere migliori, ma la nostra purtroppo è appena sufficiente.

Tökéletesen felszerelt a szállás. Konyha, háló, fürdőrész is. A tisztaság is rendben volt.

Hält leider nicht, was es auf den ersten Blick verspricht.
Pros:

Super Lage, mit Restaurants, Shops und dem Augarten ums Eck. Gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es liegt ruhig im Hinterhof des Gebäudes. Das Bett ist bequem und großzügig mit vielen Kissen bestückt.

Cons:

Leider kann man die Unterkunft gar nicht bis schlecht lüften - es war super Stickig und nachts zu heiß zum Schlafen, obwohl es nicht mal besonders heißes Wetter war. Zum Glück hatte ich einen Ventilator angefragt, mit dem ich morgens und abends von außen kühle, frische Luft ins Zimmer geblasen habe. Die Küche eignet sich nicht zum Kochen - das grindige Schneidbrett gehört dringend ausgetauscht, der Wasserkocher war kaputt. Die Dusche ist zwar groß, das Wasser läuft jedoch schlecht ab. Vor der Tür ist ein großer Kirschlorbeer, dessen Beeren überall am Boden liegen... sprich mal trägt den Fruchtbrei an den Schuhen (und den Kofferrollen) jedes Mal ins Zimmer rein. Hätte man ja mal fegen können.

Muy cerca a pie del centro de Viena.
Estudio muy amplio, reformado y acogedor con patio.
Nos faltaron algunas cositas al llegar y nos facilitaron todo sin problema, buena atención.
Nos facilitaron la cama para el bebé muy amplia.

Cons:

Sin ventilador ni aire en plena ola de calor es complicado.
Se acumulaban muchas arañas en el techo y hormigas en la zona de la cocina.
