Buena opción en Parma
Pros:

El personal del hotel fue súper amable cuando hicimos el check in.
La habitación está muy cerca del centro y de la estación de trenes (10 minutos andando). Tienes restaurantes y tiendas cerca.
La habitación es grande, mucho espacio de almacenaje y bastante bien equipada

Cons:

Es un poco volver a los años 90, teléfono para llamar a recepción incluido, pero aun así es muy cómoda. Lo único que echamos en falta fueron enchufes cerca de la cama.

Mi e' piaciuta moltissimo l'accoglienza e la gestione da parte dell'hotel Novotel e sicuramente la posizione centralissima anche se sotto al b e b c'e' una pizzeria e questo non consente di stare proprio tranquilli...anzi....

Cons:

Non mi e' piaciuto che la stanza non fosse adeguatamente pulita....c'era per esempio un involucro di plastica dei saponi ancora poggiato sul poggia bagnoschiuma in magno.....e punti del pavimento con evidente accumulo di sporcizia....e addirittura un articolo di un precedente cliente nell'armadio....e sicuramente ci potrebbero mettere almeno zucchero.. caffe'...sale....acqua...olio...detersivo....un canovaccio....

Esperienza pessima Stanza infestata da blatte, condizioni igieniche vergognose
Cons:

Non ho mai visto una struttura con condizioni igieniche così disastrose.
Appena entrato nella stanza, ho trovato numerose blatte che giravano per mobili e muri. Ho scattato diverse foto come prova.
La stanza era sporca, e la presenza di questi insetti ha reso il soggiorno impossibile
Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a nessuno: non garantisce le basi igieniche e di sicurezza necessarie per un soggiorno. Evitatela
