Pros:

Muy agradable todo en general.
Tenían puesto el aire en la habitación cuando llegamos (era un ático y lo necesitaba) y muy bien.

Wunderbares Juwel in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel war wunderbar. Ein historisches Gebäude wurde wunderbar in einer schönen Kombination von alt und neu renoviert. Die Schallisolierung zur Straße war aufgrund modernster Fenster optimal, die Betten hervorragend, das Bad makellos und hochmodern. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen, da es zudem sehr zentral liegt.

Cons:

Unsere Taxibestellung bei der Rezeption war höchst fragwürdig. Obwohl wir das Taxi bereits am Vorabend bestellt hatten, kam kein reguläres Taxi, sondern ein offensichtlich privater Fahrer in einem Tesla. Leider hatten wir keine andere Wahl, als einzusteigen, da wir sonst kein Taxi mehr rechtzeitig zum Bahnhof bekommen hätten. Nach nur 2 km Fahrt verlangte der Fahrer 16 €. Dieser Preis war unverschämt und war ein Betrug. Wir sind überzeugt, dass die Rezeptionistin eine Absprache mit dem Taxifahrer hatte, da die beiden sich sehr vertraut verhielten, wirklich skandalös.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenia hormigas en la habitación. Mataron las del baño y no las recogieron y al día siguiente salieron más y no nos propusieron cambiar de habitación ni nada. La limpieza deja un poco que desear, las hormigas estaban ahí, la mampara de la ducha sucia del día anterior…
Mencionar también que no hay buen desayuno. Todo industrial nada casero.
