Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenia hormigas en la habitación. Mataron las del baño y no las recogieron y al día siguiente salieron más y no nos propusieron cambiar de habitación ni nada. La limpieza deja un poco que desear, las hormigas estaban ahí, la mampara de la ducha sucia del día anterior…
Mencionar también que no hay buen desayuno. Todo industrial nada casero.

Una muy buena dirección en Santiago
Pros:

La localización es ideal, céntrica pero tranquila.
En plena ola de calor, agradecí contar con aire acondicionado y nevera en la habitación.
Habitación grande y luminosa, cama cómoda, baño amplio.
No utilicé el servicio de desayuno pero por lo que pude ver era bastante completo a un precio muy correcto.

Cons:

Posiblemente sea una tonteria de fácil arreglo, pero el aire acondicionado dejaba escapar un ruido muy leve, aunque contínuo, incluso sin utilizar el modo ventilador. Nada que me impidiera dormir en cualquier caso.
Lo que si me fastidió un poco fue la iluminación: linestras de techo y apliques más específicos sobre la cama, pero por la altura del techo todos quedan demasiado altos para permitir, por ejemplo, leer en la cama. Y sobre el escritorio, nada.
