Cold, late, locked out, not accommodated, no pick up call, refund request declined
Pros:

Close to St Anne Minor Basilica

Cons:

It was a house converted OYO chain hotel (not mentioned in booking). We clicked 7pm arrival but due some reasons we arrived 8.30pm. When we arrived, the surroundings were dark and the door was locked
We tried ringing bell several times and no one answered. So we called OYO customer service. The customer service said they would try to call them and call back but couldn't give a suitable timeframe. They never called back. So we submitted refund request and rebook accommodation, checked in new location before contacting Booking.com customer service. Booking customer service also tried to contact them but mentioned no one picked up call And our refund request by them was also denied(however a day later Booking processed the refund instead).

The surroundings were dark and was with my mum. Imagine we waited and no one pick up call and we continue to wait in the dark and cold night. Because it is house converted, surrounding was quiet and no one to help, or no shops in 15min walking distance. From Booking platform pictures look bright but it's the opposite

The kakak there saying is very warm, welcoming and helpful.

Body odour of staff and mosquito 🦟
Pros:

Quite and good aircond

Cons:

Staff not in proper well dress and Smell bad body odour. Not really welcome as guest house .Towel not clean ,still can see the yellowish stain
Garden nice deco but to many mosquito not suitable for night talk or coffee.
