El desayuno Bufete, la alberca y la ubicación del hotel

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron al principio tenía calefacción y no funcionaba el control remoto y hacía mucho calor. Pero nos cambiaron a otra habitación mucho mejor.

1a. Pedí una toalla extra y tuve q ir por ella a la recepción por q no habia quien la trajera a mi habitación.
2a. Pedí 2 almohadas extras y no me las dieron.
3a. Una noche hable recepción por q el agua de la regadera tibia y me dijeron q en 20 minutos quedaba y paso 40 minutos y nada hable a recepción nueva mente y no me atendieron
3a eramos 3 personas y únicamente ponían 2 toallas y pague por 3 personas la habitación
4a. Camas muy incómodas colchones duros y viejos muuuy incómodos

Nice place.
Pros:

Some rooms have an amazing view. We had to advocate for clean room. Staff in restaurant was amazing. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and fairly priced.

Cons:

Day front desk staff was uninterested and even surly. The worst I have seen in years. Night desk staff was excellent.
