La alberca es grande y bonita. El hotel tiene bonita decoración.
Casi no hay conexiones, el WiFi no llegaba a la habitación y lo peor, para obtener el control del aire acondicionado tenias que dejar 300 pesos como garantía.

El servicio por parte del personal fue excelente, el trato amable y profesional, tanto del restaurante, como de recepción.
La conexión a Internet en las habitaciones era muy pobre y no me permitió trabajar en la computadora. Incluso el funcionamiento de la televisión se ve afectado, ya que utiliza roku y el Internet no llega, por lo que se traba constantemente.

el colchón es muy duro y las almohadas peor, lo más grave es que estando en la regadera bañandome con agua tibia de momento se calienta demasiado y después se enfria. no hay cafetera en las habitaciones.

La habitación que nos dieron al principio tenía calefacción y no funcionaba el control remoto y hacía mucho calor. Pero nos cambiaron a otra habitación mucho mejor.
La ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación
1a. Pedí una toalla extra y tuve q ir por ella a la recepción por q no habia quien la trajera a mi habitación.
2a. Pedí 2 almohadas extras y no me las dieron.
3a. Una noche hable recepción por q el agua de la regadera tibia y me dijeron q en 20 minutos quedaba y paso 40 minutos y nada hable a recepción nueva mente y no me atendieron
3a eramos 3 personas y únicamente ponían 2 toallas y pague por 3 personas la habitación
4a. Camas muy incómodas colchones duros y viejos muuuy incómodos
Some rooms have an amazing view. We had to advocate for clean room. Staff in restaurant was amazing. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and fairly priced.
Day front desk staff was uninterested and even surly. The worst I have seen in years. Night desk staff was excellent.
