Breakfast was better than average hotels. Staff seemed nice.
They advertize 6 people max in the room, but only have bed for 4? When I booked, I booked for 5 people assuming there will be space for 5. However, the front desk said they only have room for 4, but advertise for 6 as some people bring their own bed to sleep additional guest.
What a sneaky way to misguid people in to booking...
Room was great! Enjoyed hot breakfast. Love 24 hour coffee. Staff was excellent. Would stay there again.
Breakfast was awful
Eggs were terrible
Pancake machine too slow
Room very small and cramped
Heater couldn’t control
Loved the room sizes and amenities. Breakfast was great. And the outdoor fire pit was was very welcome
They had a great breakfast
Did not have two time reserved.
Wifi didn’t work in our room, it did in the hallway but once we entered our room we lost it.
The property was in a great location.
The rooms were lovely. The pool was great
I would definitely recommend The Kelly Inn! The rooms are huge with a king bed, drawers to store your clothes, a couch and 2 chairs, a desk, small dining table/chairs, a kitchen area and separate sink area outside bathroom. The staff was responsive and friendly. Derek and Vereniz were great at answering questions and giving advice on where to go in town. We hope to return to Yellowstone and would absolutely stay here again.
Nice place to stay. It would have been better if the front desk in my building had an attendant. Had to go to another building to talk to someone about the fact that there was a burn in the carpet when we arrived at the room. Looked like someone had placed an iron on the carpet.
We had a wonderful stay! The biggest reason we booked this hotel was because it’s one of the only places we could find with two king beds in one room, which was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It made our stay so much more comfortable.
This isn’t a fancy or luxurious hotel, but it is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming—exactly what we were looking for after long days exploring Yellowstone. The room was spotless, and everything was well maintained.
Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise! I’ve never seen a setup quite like it. Everything was easy to use, with fun automated machines that made the experience simple and enjoyable. Our kids absolutely loved it.
The location was fantastic, too. West Yellowstone is such a charming little town, with great shops and restaurants, and it was so much fun to walk around after spending the day in the park.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality from Greg and Linda. They spent at least 20 minutes going over our Yellowstone itinerary, offering thoughtful recommendations based on their experience that helped us make the most of our trip. Linda even took the time to show me exactly how to use bear spray properly, which gave us so much more confidence before heading into the park. You could immediately tell how much she genuinely cares about every guest.
Their kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in West Yellowstone. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed our stay. Great location just a very short drive to Yellowstone Park entrance. Short walk to zoo, shopping and restaurants. Room is comfortable. Staff helpful. Recommend it for your trip.
Amazing. So customer centric. Helped us with everything that we forgot to back. Hotel is nice too
Don’t plan on warm breakfast, only cold cereal left both day's, RAN out of FOOD by 7. Told us they had two tour buses staying & they ate it all….Seriously?!?! The management knew months before, two buses didn’t just show up unexpected! UNBELIEVABLE for the high price. Staff friendly, room very clean & pool was great.
Kelly Inn in West Yellowstone was a good place to stay for our family trip to Yellowstone National Park. The rooms are a nice size to accommodate families and the location is convenient to the park and to restaurants in town. Berenice and Derek are friendly and helpful hosts.
