Clean and comfortable stay, great location.
Pros:

Great location, decent, clean stay. Friendly staff & ample parking. Rooms need upgrading especially the bathrooms but clean and quiet.

Cons:

Bathrooms are old and room smelled a bit old.

I’d stay there again if I visit the area.
Pros:

Room in the Grizzly was excellent. It’s the newer building and felt like it. Breakfast was fine. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Maybe have more fruit with breakfast.

Meh, but that’s okay.
Pros:

Location: just an entrance on Yellowstone park. As would every hotel in this city. Beds are co for table.

Cons:

We’ve been there mid September when nights are chilly. But it was still hot in the room with loud AC.
Breakfast? Regular breakfast as in any American motel. We just waste time there and went to have breakfast in the city anyway.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel Kelly's Inn en West Yellowstone es excelente por su cercanía al parque. La atención de todo el personal fue magnífica, desde el equipo de limpieza hasta Vereniz y Derek en la recepción. Que Vereniz hablara español me facilitó muchísimo la comunicación y se tomó todo el tiempo para resolver mis dudas. Además, hicieron un gran trabajo en equipo, ya que mientras ella me atendía, Derek agilizaba el check-in de los demás huéspedes para que nadie esperara.
​El desayuno estaba muy rico y sobre todo muy higiénico. A mis hijos les fascinó la temática del hotel y les encantó ver las esculturas de osos trepando por las paredes y ventanas. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!.

Easy access to the West entrance. Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location is great. Rooms were clean and the welcome we received from V and Derek was above and beyond.

Cons:

In room coffee maker is terrible. Yuk! Breakfast was ok. Not great. Using real plates and silverware vs disposable might help.

Um hotel para curtir o clima de Yellowstone
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Conforme solicitei, ficamos em um andar superior e fomos privilegiados com um simpático urso (de madeira) na janela do quarto. O café da manhã é bom (exceto por não ter frios todos os dias). A localização é ótima, próximo ao centro e na entrada do parque.
