Kelly Inn West Yellowstone

Though a bit pricey, A decent accommodation with easy connectivity to the park and market close-by. Rude lady at reception. You are working the front desk. Got knocked at one night saying doors are making too much noise. You have such heavy doors with iron tables on the back of the doors which add to the noise and poor insulation. Cant be the guests fault. Other than that we enjoyed being in the park

I love the location. Price was decent. Breakfast was awesome and plenty of choices.

Perfect location, fabulous room arrangement for 6 people, wonderfully stocked shower with shampoo and conditioner, clean cafeteria where we could enjoy our own charcuterie late dinner that we purchased at a grocery store, and easy access to Yellowstone NP.

Fijne ligging, rustig maar toch op loopafstand van alles.
Heerlijk ontbijt, elke dag wel iets anders te vinden.

Very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone! And you can easy walk to the center of West Yellowstone with plenty of shops and eat options

Walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear literally everything on every side of your room, the stomping on the ceiling was ridiculous. Very little sleep every night due to loudness of other guests. Doors leading into hotel are not locked, so anyone can access the hallways at anytime without a key. Security lock on exterior door of room was hanging on by 2 screws - was missing a couple screws and looked like it had been busted during a break-in attempt. The interior door’s deadbolt didn’t work, so both doors leading into our room were missing a security feature. Breakfast was good the first day, but every day thereafter was terrible. Yogurt was out and the rest was all meat options. Great location, they accept pets which is nice, but super expensive.

Absolutely the highest rate in the area. Absolutely the worst comfort in the area. The beds we had felt like they had to be 50 years old. You would think that for that cost the mattresses could have been replaced. This place enjoys high ratings but reality will catch up to them.

We stayed 4 nights, had an amazing experience with everything from our room to amenities, to hotel staff interactions, to pool w jacuzzi, free breakfast etc.
Front desk staff Verenice and Derek made a huge difference to our time there! They truly made us feel welcome and cared for as if we were a guest in their home!
They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our excursions inside the park, even though that's not even required of them! They offered us binoculars and lent us a beach chair for my elderly mom to use in the park.
Breakfast has tons of variety with different main course menus daily - pancakes, cereal, eggs, fresh oatmeal, yogurt parfait, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, toasts....you name it....!! 24 hrs tea, coffee, hot cocoa, laundry rooms on 2 floors, 24 hrs free ice and drinking water refills, rooms have microwave, fridge w freezer, very spacious and clean, beds very comfy, room furniture is rustic wood with wildlife themed decor. Lobby has vending machines for drinks and snacks, internet workstation with printer, tea, coffee, hot cocoa etc.
Stayed in many other hotels both large chains and small family owned, but found Kelly Inn staff to be the most friendly, warm and welcoming, especially Verenice and Derek!
They also helped locate and retrieve our shoe that mistakenly went with housekeeping to their laundry area. Whatever we requested for our room was sent to us very quickly. Housekeeping ensured our room was cleaned and fully stocked daily!
It is these small, kind gestures that make hotel staff stand out because guests leave happy and their vacations become memorably sweet!

It was very convenient to the park. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel rooms are in need of renovations. Easy walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. It was a bit pricy for what it was!

Great location, breakfast was included, free WiFi. We enjoyed our stay at the Kelly Inn.
