A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet.
It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in.
A deposit of €100 will be collected to cover any potential damages caused by the pet. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or repairs are necessary.

Good location, nice and quiet at night (which given the traffic was brilliant!). Comfy beds, lovely housekeeping staff.
There's a nice park opposite which is lovely for a walk.
There's also a restaurant called Maran which is a stones throw from the hotel which did lovely food.
Robes included which was helpful for the pool!
You have to pay an extra 100TL for a swim cap for the pool which booking.com didn't let us know.
The pool was freezing - which we found odd for an indoor pool!
When we first used the jacuzzi it wasn't working due to a technical fault, it did then eventually work on day 3 of our stay.
Breakfast was only OK - there was some choice, but not much western style food.
Something we found quite bizarre was that you weren't informed about their boat - we saw it on the river, but there wasn't any advertising of boat trips etc.
The information we needed (times for breakfasts etc.) also wasn't to be found anywhere in the room - you got told this once when you checked in and then nowhere else mentioned it (that we could see!).
For a 5* hotel, it didn't quite live up to expectations sadly.

Огромное СПАСИБО Ксении, администратору, такая умница!!! В моменте сложилось впечатление, что на ней и держится все)) она в постоянной суете, в то время, как другие администраторы гуляют, общаются, даже, когда очередь на ресепшен… пока она сама не окликнет их)
Завтраки скромные, не хватило чистого мяса или рыбы.. были предложены только колбасы и сосиски.

La struttura ha gli ambienti comuni curati e ben arredi e la vista dalla terrazza ristorante e dalle camere che si affacciano sul corno d’oro è molto bella soprattutto dopo il tramonto.
Le camere mostrano segni di usura evidente… nonostante il livello di pulizia sia ottimo le camere, anche se ampie e ben arredate sono paragonabili a un buon 4 stelle… i 5 stelle sono altro… interruttori rotti, luci non funzionanti, facilities all’interno del bagno non equiparabili a un 5 stelle, finestre apribili solo in parte….
Tramite il servizio in camera richiesto un semplice piatto di fragole ( durante il periodo stagionale) con due calici di prosecco e sia sono presenti senza le fragole dicendomi che non le avevano… un hotel 5 stelle che non ha disponibilità di semplici fragole durante la stagione delle fragole è davvero inaccettabile…
Per il pagamento avevo scelto di pagare con la mia Amex gold ma hanno trovato delle scuse per non accettare la mia carta nonostante l’hotel faccia parte del circuito Amex…
Colazione davvero basilare, assolutamente non all’altezza di un 5 stelle che non vale assolutamente il prezzo.
L’hotel è tutto sommato carino ma aspettatevi un buon 4 stelle… I 5 stelle sono ben altro….
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Haben uns gerne auch bezgl. den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln beraten.
Das Frühstück sensationell gut, zwar auch zu teuer 20€ bzw. 30€ meiner Meinung nach, aber auch auswärts bekommt man fast nichts besseres. Außer man isst gerne nur Simit, der kostet nur 25 TL in der Stadt.
Die Zimmer Ausstattung war top, da wurde an alles gedacht.. Zahnpasta/Zahnbürste usw…
Im Restaurant 1) die Preise 2) das Menü 3) das was als pita angeboten wird und dann noch zu dem Preis - geht gar nicht 👎🏻 viel zu übertrieben teuer 800-900 TL für eine kleine Pide

остались хорошие впечатления, очень добрый и приветливый персонал, который всегда на связи и поможет при надобности. причем, что еще даже не заехав, отель уже на связи и моментально отвечает на личные сообщения в букинге, может организовать трансфер и другие доп.услуги. мы заселялись ночью, но тем не менее, смогли заказать еду в номер; кондиционер хорошо и бесшумно работает, да и в целом никакого построенного шума в номере не было слышно, что редкость! все просьбы выполнялись и очень быстро, предоставили утюг, гладильную доску буквально за 3 минуты в номер. ежедневная уборка
в номере было относительно чисто, но у нас лежало одно грязное полотенце с пятнами. даже не хочу думать, что это было, но на следующий день все заменили без просьб. нет халатов и тапочек, что не свойственно для отеля 5 звезд; расположение, наверно, одно из реальных минусов этого отеля, добираться куда угодно около 15-30 минут, а если использовать метро, то нужно быть физически подготовленным к дороге в гору. ТАКЖЕ! у меня была бронь на двухместный номер, но нигде не указывалось, что вид у нас будет на гараж. из-за этого в номере не было света, непонятно день или ночь сейчас, что действительно ухудшило наше прибывание там. для уточнения- окна номера выходили не на улицу, а находились в здании, очень похожее на гараж.

The staff were very helpful, my room was great however, being the only suit I think not many people take it so the 1st 2 days ac was not working good. It was then attended when I called the manger the remaining 2 days ac was perfect. The shower was exceptional never seen 2 showers in one bathroon :)

La decoración está muy bien concebida y el personal es muy atento a los requerimientos. La piscina en el subterráneo es espectacular, así como el sauna y haman.
No esta tan cerca de los sitios más turísticos, pero hay buses públicos o Uber también funciona.

The spa pool was freezing!!
The hotel is in a good location and the common areas are well maintained. I also appreciated the efforts of the Front Office Manager, who arranged a room change after I raised concerns about my initial room. The housekeeping staff were polite and the hotel itself has potential to provide a pleasant stay.
Before arrival, I requested a higher floor room with a good view and, if possible, a balcony. The hotel acknowledged this request by email, although I understand such requests are subject to availability. Unfortunately, the first room allocated was dark and had an unpleasant smell. After speaking with management, I was moved to another room, but it was smaller and the view was largely obstructed by trees.
Communication during my stay was inconsistent. The hotel later stated that my room preferences had not been received before arrival, despite written correspondence from Guest Relations confirming that these requests had been noted. I also experienced difficulties contacting reception regarding a simple request for an iron, with several calls going unanswered or being disconnected from the lady working at the reception.
In addition, I encountered an unfriendly attitude from a reception lady On one occasion, I greeted her politely when returning to the hotel, but she response felt dismissive and unwelcoming and is the same lady who was cutting the line when requested the iron.
Finally, my friend had booked a second non-refundable room but was unable to travel due to family circumstances. Although I understood the booking conditions and informed the hotel in advance that the room would not be used, I was disappointed that no goodwill gesture, assistance, or alternative arrangement was offered despite my request.
