There will be daily €30 supplement for additional guests if there is more guests than confirmed total guests on the voucher.
The hotel accepts pets (cats and dogs) weighing up to 10 kg, provided they are well-trained and have complete health documents and vaccinations, and are accompanied by their owner.
A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet.
It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in.
A deposit of €100 will be collected to cover any potential damages caused by the pet. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or repairs are necessary.

The location is wonderful and convenient, and the customer service is good. I would like to extend special thanks to the receptionist, (ILayda) , and the manager, (Sarkan), for their cooperation. I will definitely visit again.
The hospitality was excellent, with special thanks to Feyza and Mehmet, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities for the price.
The twin rooms seemed a little smaller than we had pictured.
The place is cleane and the rent value is good except for what will be mentioned in what I don't like.
When I arrived they took 5000 TL as deposit and that wasn't mentioned before, also in the fridge there was some snacks and drinks and no staff told as that this is minibar and ther was no menu to show that this is as minibar and it is for sale, at the end they cut from the deposit the amount of money of what we consumed and I believe it was around 4 times or more from the original price from the groceries.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lazzoni Hotel from September 16th to 19th, 2026. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout our stay, the entire team made my family feel genuinely cared for and at home.
A very special thank you to Mr. Murat and Mr. Mehmet, who were absolutely exceptional. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help us whenever we needed assistance, no matter the time. Their genuine hospitality and kindness made our experience in Türkiye even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire Lazzoni Hotel team for making our family trip so comfortable and special. We will remember your hospitality with great affection and would be delighted to return again.

The property was elegant, clean, and modern, and I loved the fragrant smell that greeted me as I entered the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful artwork and was pleasantly surprised by the music playing, which added to the lovely atmosphere. Our room was charming, and the friendly staff explained how everything worked, even offering to carry my belongings. We also spent some wonderful moments at the rooftop bar, where the view of the Golden Horn was simply magical. From the moment we checked in, my husband and I received a warm and friendly welcome, especially from Fayaz and Mehmet. Both were incredibly helpful and shared useful tips for exploring Turkey. Fayaz’s attention to detail was perfect, and Mehmet’s warmth and infectious smile made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back for our next anniversary!
