The guests must use swimming cap to use swimming pool.

There will be daily €30 supplement for additional guests if there is more guests than confirmed total guests on the voucher.

The hotel accepts pets (cats and dogs) weighing up to 10 kg, provided they are well-trained and have complete health documents and vaccinations, and are accompanied by their owner.

A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet.

It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in.

A deposit of €100 will be collected to cover any potential damages caused by the pet. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or repairs are necessary.

Pets are not allowed in food & beverage areas or swimming pools.

Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all hotel common areas.

My stay at Lazzoni Hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and spotless, and the service is truly outstanding. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making us feel completely at home.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Murat for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. He was always kind, attentive, and willing to help, and he played a big part in making our experience so memorable.

I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their warm welcome and outstanding service. I highly recommend Lazzoni Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely be coming back.

Exceptional hospitality, outstanding facilities, unique boat tours, and a great concierge team

One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding hospitality.

The hotel facilities are excellent, but what truly sets this place apart is its exceptional staff. After arriving on an early morning flight at 7:00 a.m., I was pleasantly surprised when the team graciously prepared my room, allowing me to check in by 8:00 a.m. They even invited me to enjoy breakfast at no additional charge—a thoughtful gesture that was deeply appreciated.

One of the hotel's unique features is its own boat, available as part of its tourism offerings, something you seldom find at hotels anywhere in the world. Whether you're planning a short stopover or an extended holiday, this is a destination I can confidently recommend.

The concierge team is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging local tours and experiences, making it easy to explore the area with confidence.

Outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and a memorable guest experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Not a 5 star stay in terms of cleanliness, service, restaurant or breakfast

The location is great, being only around 25 minutes from the airport and approximately 25 minutes from the main attractions we wanted to visit. This was our second stay at the Lazonni Hotel, and we chose to return because of its convenient location, the hotel itself, and its facilities. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t as enjoyable as our previous stay.

Unfortunately, this stay didn’t live up to the standard of our previous visit.

We stayed in one of the suites, but the cleanliness was not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. As our child had an extra bed in the room, we moved one of the chairs and found a significant amount of dust underneath the sofa. There was also dust and dirt in the crevices of the larger sofa and around the bathroom, suggesting that these areas had not been cleaned thoroughly.

We also returned to the rooftop restaurant, as we had enjoyed it on our previous stay. Sadly, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. My husband was served food that was stale and had to send his main meal back because it was inedible and burnt. We then waited a considerable time while the staff attempted to resolve the issue, despite us being the only diners in the restaurant and there being four members of staff on duty.

I raised my concerns that evening, but I felt the hotel’s response lacked genuine ownership or care - they said the right words but there was no impact or resolution for us. On checkout the manager repeatedly said there was nothing within his authority that he could do. Everyone we spoke to seemed powerless to make decisions or resolve the situation in the correct way.

It was particularly disappointing because this is not an inexpensive restaurant, and the experience completely spoiled one of our evenings in Istanbul.

For that reason - I would no longer return to the hotel
As clearly since the last visit - standards here have significantly dropped
