מקום נחמד ופשוט ולא לצפות ליותר מידי דברים
Pros:

המקום די נחמד והצוות ממש מקסים ויש מיטת קומתיים שהילדים שלי מאוד אהבו.
למרות שאין חניה מסודרת תמיד מצאנו חנייה ממש מול ההוסטל.

Cons:

החדר בהוסטל ממש נוח בשביל לשים בו את הראש ולא מעבר.
הציפה של השמיכה כל הזמן יוצאת מהשמיכה שזה מאין כיסוי כך שבסוף ישנים רק עם השמיכה ומי יודע מה עבר עליה לפני שהגענו.
בנוסף הרעש שיוצא מהמזגן בחדר הוא נוראי במיוחד במהלך הלילה וזה נראה כאילו אתם ישנים בתוך המנוע שלו. לנו זה הפריע לי לישון כמו שצריך והייתיי עייף במהלך היום בפעילות עם הילדים.
המים במקלחת יוצאים ממנו לכיון השירותים ולעיתים גם יוצאים מהחדר וצריך להשתדל לשמור כי אין מגב.
כמו כן האוכל בארוחת הבוקר ממש פשוט כאילו עשו פריסה בצבא.

יש למלון יתרונות, אבל לחופשה משפחתית התמורה למחיר ורמת הנוחות אכזבו אותנו. במחיר כזה לא היינו בוחרים להתארח כאן שוב.
Pros:

מיקום נוח יחסית למרכז ולאזורי הטיול והבילוי. במלון יש הרבה אזורים משותפים נעימים עם ספות ופינות ישיבה, שבהם אפשר לנוח וגם לילדים יש מקום לבלות. יש מטבח משותף ובריכה. ארוחת הבוקר סבירה בהחלט. הצוות באופן כללי אדיב, שקט ולא מפריע. החדר נוקה מדי יום. את רמת הניקיון הכללית הייתי מדרגת בערך 7 מתוך 10.

Cons:

הזמנו את המלון זמן רב מראש ושילמנו 4,097.94 ₪ עבור 3 לילות בחדר Family Economy. כשבוע לפני ההגעה אותו חדר ב-Booking כבר עלה 3,673 ₪, ואילו Family Plus עלה 3,942 ₪. פנינו למלון מספר פעמים דרך Booking, ב-WhatsApp ובטלפון, אך לא הוצע לנו שום פתרון. מכיוון שהגענו עם ילדים והיה לנו חשוב שתהיה טלוויזיה בחדר, בסופו של דבר הוספנו עוד כ-150 ₪ עבור Family Plus. כך יצא ששילמנו כ-4,250 ₪, בזמן שהמחיר העדכני של אותו חדר היה 3,942 ₪.

חדר Family Plus עצמו די צפוף. הנוף מהחלון היה לשטח מוזנח/אתר בנייה עם פסולת. על מאוורר התקרה הייתה שכבת לכלוך בולטת. למלון אין חניה פרטית. גם הסביבה הקרובה למלון אינה נעימה במיוחד, בחלקה מלוכלכת ולעיתים הורגש ריח לא נעים.

אירוע נוסף שהפריע לנו התרחש בבריכה: המציל תפס בעצבנות בידו ילד שנראה כבן 10–12 והחל לנזוף בו. גם אם הילד הפר את הכללים, בעיניי מגע פיזי כזה עם ילד של אורחים אינו מקובל.

בערב אחר, בזמן שישבנו בחדר האוכל המשותף, אישה שלא הכרנו עברה בין האורחים וביקשה אוכל, ובהמשך התרוצצה באזור המשותף וצעקה קללות בקול רם. באותו רגע לא הייתה תחושה של מרחב מבוקר ובטוח, במיוחד כשמתארחים עם ילדים.

באופן כללי המלון מרגיש די שחוק, ולדעתי רמת החדר, השירות והסביבה אינה תואמת את המחיר.

כמו תמיד מושלם!
Pros:

פעם שניה באברהם הוסטל, אף פעם לא מאכזב, תמורה למחיר מעל ומעבר, מותאם למשפחות, בודדים או סתם כשבא לקפוץ ליומיים לאילת, אוירה רגועה, שירות מדהים(שודרגנו למרפסת שזה היה מפתיע וכיף) בקיצור נשוב בהחלט, ותשמרו תמיד על הסטנדרט!

Cons:

רק הקפה, נשמח לקפה קצת יותר חזק וטעים, אבל מעבר לכך אין שום דבר לשיפור
