אני מאוד מאוד מאוכזבת גם מכם! סמכנו עליכם!
זה בית מלון ברמה הכי הכי הכי נמוכה שהיינו בו! מלון מוזנח מסריח מזעזע בכל הרמות! לכו תבקרו שם ותראו! אני מזועזעת. שילמנו על לילה 1350 ש״ח. לא הצלחנו להירדם מהסירחון אך לא היתה לנו ברירה.
קיבלנו חדר מוזנח עם סדינים עם שערות וכתמים. החדרים ישנים מוזנחים באמת הלם!
ניגשתי לקבלה והם הציעו לנו חדר בחלק ״המשופץ״ שגם שם הזדעזענו! איך יתכן שזה עבר שיפוץ?
אין טלפון בחדר. כדי ליצור קשר הכי בסיסי אנחנו צריכים ללכת לקבלה (במבנה אחר!). ברמת נייר טואלט ומגבות. חדר אוכל מזעזע. לא נגענו בכלום. בריכה שסביבתה נראית מוזנחת מאוד. כל בית המלון עם וילונות קרועים. בקומה של חדר האוכל וילון כהה מלוכלך קרוע שחור, נברשת מלאת אבק עציצים מפלסטיק מלוכלכים! סתם מונחים בגובה.. וואו הייתה לנו חוויה קשה מאוד!!
סמכתי עליכם. בנוסף קראתי את מה שנכתב על המלון הזה.. כמה פרגונים וכמה נראה רציני מה שנכתב על המלון בנוסף, מדורג 8.3! פשוט עבדו עלינו!

כל מה שכתבתי מעלה הוא מה שלא נהנינו ממנו! פשוט לא נהנינו מכלום! הזדעזענו
פקידי הקבלה לא מופתעים שמתלוננים כי מתברר שכמעט כולם מתלוננים ומעבירים אותם חדרים.
כל מי שפגשנו סיפר לנו שקיבלו חדר אחר אחרי שהתלוננו
