المرة دي طلبت غرفة في دور لغير المدخنين واستجابوا مشكورين.. تعامل راقي من الأستاذ محمود في الرسيبشن والأخ المحترم الآخر ذوق ومتعاون

لازم يكون فيه كافيه وبوفيه في الرسيبشن بشكل واضح وكبير عشان الناس اللي ماتحب تخرج ولا وقتها يسمح بالذهاب للكافيهات بره

مدير الفندق الفتره الصباحيه ومدير الفندق الفتره المسائية ولم اعرف من المدرين الأكيدين الفترتين ف هناك تواجد 5 أشخاص ويوجد غرفه جانب الاستقبال كل مره يخرج رجل ذو كرش كبير ببجامة نوم ويبدو انه للتو استيقظ من النوم وهاذا لا يليق بفندق ذو نجمه واحده وكذلك الاسره يبدو أنها لم تغير من زمان وايضاء كل يوم يأتي عامل نظافة بلدية الكويت ويجمع القمامه من أمام الغرف وكانّها بيوت خاصه ويبدو انه مدير الفندق كل ليله يتي ويستحم بغرفتي لنه الرجل ذو الكرش الكبيره يجلس بغرفة مدير الفندق بجانب الاستقبال التي هي بالأساس غرفة حارس العقار وبالختام مدير الفندق يأتي الصباح وريحته غير جميله برجاء أعطيه بخاخ شخصي من قبل إدارة العقار اوه تقصد إدارة الفندق تصرف بشكل شهري ثلاث علب معا التموين و 6 صابونات وعطر ليظهر بريحه جميله أمام رواد العقار تم إرفاق صورت الرجل ذو الكرش الكبيره جالس خارج الفندق يصرخ يقول يامعلم ماتجي شويه وكاننا لا نكسن بفندق تقيم جيد وهو النجمه الواحده وتم إرفاق صور للحمام بعد استعمال مدير الفندق لحمامي الخاص

Hôtel tres tres simple et sans aucun standing.

Quartier populaire, hôtel très ancien, rue non goudronnée, ne pas de se retrouver en chaussures à talons pour une femme ou chaussures vernies pour un homme , très poussiéreux .chambre ancienne sans aucune isolation.

اول شي الاستقبال موظف اسمه محمود طلب بطاقة احوال اهلي ورفضت هذا لان معي كرت عايله وقال فيه موظفه تطبق الصوره مع الشخص مخترعين نظام على كيفهم واضطريت انتظر 20 دقيقه لين ماجت الموظفه نظام سيء جداً باستقبال الضيوف ثاني شي الشقه قديمه واثاثها متهالك ودورة المياه مافيه سخان

Clean spacious room. Renovated lobby. Walking distance to Al Hamra mall and grand hyper Farwaniya supermarket.
