More Airbnb than historic inn
Pros:

Spacious room in Historic Downtown.

Cons:

Misleading description stating kitchenette with cooking facilities which in fact was a microwave and fridge without any flatware or plates/bowls. Parking off-site despite large empty parking lot next door. Not a historic inn but some rooms above a pub. No lobby, lounge or any public areas. Lots of noise from pub and nearby roadworks. Only staff appeared to be a cleaner.

Location of room is ok. On main road. Room Amenities.

Cons:

1. TV does not work. 2. Ceiling Fan is very dirty; could not turn it on. 3. Shower head is very gunked up and dirty. 4. AC Unit is dirty with mold showing on outside. 5. Room was warm, despite AC Unit being on; Uncomfortable and Sleep disruptive due to stale warm air. 6. Room had a strange smell. 7. Location of Parking Lot is very inconvenient and not well marked, especially at night. 8. No assistance late at night. 9. No hangers in closet. No where to hang clothes. 10. Simply Disappointed.

Muy buen hotel en excelente ubicación
Pros:

Habitación amplia, muy cómoda. Pedimos una cuna para nuestro bebé y cumplieron la petición muy atentamente, con sábana para la cuna. Baño amplio. Todo muy limpio. Ubicación inmejorable.

Todo estuvo genial.

Park and Stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed...proximity to st augustine historic waterfront awesome.

Cons:

Parking was not convenient. Had to walk a half mile each way to park the car...then the stairs with my large luggage...then back in the morning to retrieve my car. Nice views along the way (and a starbucks) but definitely a haul.

Not restful at all
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

Off-site parking is blocks away.
Directly under our room was a bar that was so loud till 1 pm on Friday and Saturday night.
We never saw any staff at all.
We were there 3 nights without any room service (fresh towels, etc.)

Pros:

We were moved to Bayfront Marin as there was a problem with the water at Bella Bay. All excellent we were pleased with being looked after so well
