The place really
Pros:

Close to downtown and on the ocean.

Cons:

That it wasn’t very clean and they didn’t have the upper floor adjoining rooms like I requested. Then gave us a ground floor.

I’ve stayed there multiple times and would never stay anywhere else
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond for anything I needed and all had great personalities that makes it very comfortable staying there. I don’t think you can beat the location. You have a lot to do all within walking distance.

Very good if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of the main part of town but also close enough to town to walk
Pros:

It was very laid-back and there’s a pool on f the front over the parking area

I wish the balcony door was a sliding door

Pros:

The view and beach front location. The size of the room.

Cons:

There were no towels for us. Tub/shower was dirty. Roaches and Waterbury everywhere! Fridge was dirty. No microwave. No coffee maker. No ice bucket.

Pros:

The tall chair's outside.most comfortable part of the stay! Wanted to steal them but didn't have the space in the car.

Cons:

AC is crazy loud, still had wash rags (wet in the shower), water doesn't get warm, water pressure is well below half of what it should be, probably the scariest thing the elevator hasn't been inspected in 2 1/2 years, door room 504 ( think that was it) has a 4in. Gap at the bottom and door doesn't shut correctly, no towels in the room must go to the front desk and ask for them. If I was a City inspector I would shut it down...

Not pleased... at all.
Pros:

The balcony was facing the beach. That's it that's all.

Cons:

No hot water no towels in my room room was like moist the wifi didn't work so the TV wouldn't even play for more then a few minutes at a time. Shit was not great this time around.

Pros:

It was wonderful it had fell off a little so we stopped going for about a year but the last 3 stays have been good room was clean can tell under new management The black lady at the front desk is so nice it's pet friendly for a fee of course and you actually meet some nice people staying there bed was comfy and pretty chill atmosphere for the price great location everything is right there Broadway is about 5 minutes away and they have waffle house and this really good seafood bar within walking distance I enjoyed it pool was wonderful it's 8ft deep and they have a kid friendly one it's 4ft and great ocean veiws

Cons:

Definitely needs some major upgrades to the whole structure has a lot of mold needs a hot tub

Cons:

Cleanliness was not good, the room had ants, the fridge froze everything we had in it, sheets had stains, pillow cases had stains. For some reason they switched my room that I had originally booked online.

Nasty if it wasn’t for staying out of the room 24/7

Location was great! About it!

Cons:

Rooms need updated BAD! Floor was falling in Bugs anytime you thumped the wall. Wished we could had got money back to go somewhere else! Everytime you walked out side the room next to us smoked weed 24/7 and we had a toddler.

The staff is very rude I will never stay here again I am handicapped and I was told to park two blocks away I have had brain surgery and I can't walk that far if you don't have parking for handicap then you need to make some of the people move that don't want to pay parking cuz most of these people are just out hanging out
