The room was a good price. we are on the go so its worked for us for a place to shower and sleep.
Pros:

View was great. Room was clean.Loved the balcony. People at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Room needs a few more up dates,Looked like some water damage in the bathroom. No coffee pot or a ice bucket. we needed Bath mat, because the bathroom floor was very slippery . NO blow dryer .

Good vacation bad hotel

The location was great

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and the rooms were not secure the adjoining door to the adjoining room had no lock on it and you c9uld walk right in from the next room so it was not secure the staff was cool enough to refund me my money . We had to find another hotel to stay at .

Pros:

The property was in an excellent location, walking distance to the amusement park. You got some eating spots over there you can walk to or you can walk on the main strip and come beside the waffle house good location. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had the oceanfront and the city of view. I will return good price.

Cons:

What I didn't like about the property was if you know you got guests coming we shouldn't have to go downstairs and ask for towels and then when we ask for towels, the young lady at the desk talking on the phone unprofessional I'm sitting at the desk waiting on her for about 20 minutes to be check in while she having a whole dam conversation with whoever she was on the phone putting lip gloss on taking her time with a whole attitude. Then when you call downstairs with a problem the first thing come out lady mouth we was not aware of a problem so so I figured it out. It was that they had the cold and Hot water switch around so therefore when you take a shower turn it on hot it cold, make a long story short they had the Nas backwards, but eventually we had hot water. We had to figure it out, but when you called downstairs, it's the attitude for me. Better staff learn how to answer the phone be professional. You have a five star rate at this hotel..
