This place is amazing all the way around! Exceptional staff that greet you with a smile and very helpful! Cute rooms and just a touch of home.. Also having breakfast brought to you to room made to order is beyond what I have seen in any of my travels ❤️

I would definitely consider staying if in the area again

Amazing location, great for families
Pros:

Location cannot be beat! Really comfy beds and the staff was so nice and welcoming and quick to respond to anything we needed. There was also a large amount of parking which is always appreciated and when we went there were a lot of families staying which meant for calm and quiet nights. The pool was heated and perfect for kids.

Cons:

The room overall was standardly clean, but my son was crawling on the carpeted floors and his knees and feet were black every time we picked him up. The property is very dated and the first time we flushed the toilet, the handle broke from being severely rusted. The elevators are slowww and small which led to a lot of waiting around with kids and strollers. If it could get some TLC in the off season, this place has massive potential to be the absolute best place to stay.

The kids enjoyed it and that’s all that matters
Pros:

The hotel rooms are good size. I think every one came with a balcony room. The pool had color changing lights, the kids loved that! The location of the hotel was right at the start of the boardwalk and their wooden path to the beach went down a good amount. The restaurant in the hotel was good too.

Cons:

I booked 3 day with Booking.com but the hotel call and stated that the room I chose was not available for all the days. So after the first night they had to change me to a different room. The elevators were faster going up but very slow going down then most of the time you could not get on due to other people being on. (10-15 minutes wait). There was a stairwell but it’s a lot with the beach cart. The parking spots at the hotel are very narrow so be prepared for a few dings! I literally had to go in my passenger side door to be able to get my car out. Also, I was not away Oceanfront did not really mean oceanfront.. the beach is very very wide. It was probably a mile walk to the actual water 😅

Overall very positive stay, only negative was booking.com misleading marketing that this is a 2 bedroom place
Pros:

Great location, clean, friendly staff, great bed linens; covered and upstairs eating areas

Cons:

.5mi walk to beach on “beach front” property; beds were really firm; really a studio not a 2bedroom place
