El gym y la piscina no vale la pena pasar. Nadie va a Rio a eso, pero las fotos hacen magia.
Café da manhã bem gostoso. Perto da praia de Copacabana, leme, arpoador e de Ipanema. Equipe respeitosa e solícita.

The only positive note is the breakfast which was decent.
This is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel but it's definitely far from it. We booked this hotel twice before the holiday. The first time was for four nights at the beginning of our holiday. Reception staff was rude and the pictures showed on booking sites were deceiving. The room was mouldy and nothing but a broken hair dryer and soap/shampoo was provided. No complementary water. The swimming pool on the top floor is super small. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days in a row. When we went to ask for it to be cleaned we were told it was too late. I had to chase the cleaning lady the next day and personally ask her to clean the room and replace the towels. We also asked for an iron which could not be provided so we were charged for ironing service. They returned our clothes way later than first declared and made us arrive late at the wedding we were supposed to go to but made us pay full price anyways. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. According to international standards, this is more like a 2 stars hotel. They charge way too much money for what is is. The second time we had to go back as due to the cancellation policy we would have to be charged full price anyways. It was only gonna be for one night so we decided to keep the booking. The second time we were given a much better/more modern room and the reception staff was much nicer. We were allowed to check in early. This slightly raised my scores but I confirm this is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. If you want to stay here, I would advise you lower your standards.

Equipe muito simpática e acolhedora. Café da manhã muito bom e farto. A localização é excelente pra ficar próximo a praia e sensação de segurança pois sempre havia uma guarnição na esquina. Muitas opções de bares e pubs próximo pra ir a pé.
A academia era um tanto pequena, desarrumada e equipamento antigo.
