A restful civilized stay at Springhill Suites off I95 Lumberton
Pros:

From the professional, courteous staff at the front desk, to the room layout - above and beyond the norm of a hotel off I95...The room was modern, clean, comfortable - well designed. Bed was a joy to sleep on...the linens and pillows actually smelled fresh and clean. Didn't have to worry that the bed linens hadn't been changed in a while! I especially appreciated the digital alarm clock with night light. Breakfast area was clean, organized and tidy - perfectly acceptable american continental breakfast.

I would stay here again for sure!

The property was well maintained, and the room was fantastic! We loved the amenities and thought everything about our stay, made it more comforting.

Close to I 95. Pleasant and efficient staff. Great hotel, clean updated and pleasant to be in.

Cons:

Breakfast not especially interesting. Ran out of coffee both containers. Could have check it and kept one filled.

Hospitality was great. Clean rooms.

Cons:

We were charged for an extra night. Still waiting for the money that was left over from the deposit. We received the money for the overcharge about 3 days later.

I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and excellent service I received. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the experience a positive one. A special thank-you to Vonya and Kaley, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out.

I feel taken care of.
Pros:

The staff of this hotel is amazing. From offering to bring my delivered food to my room, making me an iced coffee in the morning, keeping the breakfast tables clean after guests get up they are just engaged and pleasant to be around. One of them even gave me a wallet sized bottle opener after I mentioned I needed to buy one for my suitcase because I travel so often and sometimes enjoy a beer in my room. A very good experience to feel so taken care of.

Last minute stop on the way back from Florida but hotel was nice I arrived late. Kaley was a very friendly young lady she booked me a room and checked me in no problem.
