Perfect Stay in the Financial District

• Customizable Comfort: I personally love that you can choose rooms equipped with a full kitchen or kitchenette, which gives you complete independence from restaurants.
• Convenience: There is a fantastic grocery store located right in the building, which is a huge bonus!
• Excellent Service: The staff is exceptionally supportive. They are always ready to solve any issue and are consistently kind and polite.

Pros:

Un studio spațios, modern, luminos si foarte curat, iar zgomutul orasului aproape ca nu se aude. Curățenie si schimbarea prosoapelor se face zilnic. Multe obiective turistice sunt foarte aproape de locație. In clădire e un magazin general de unde poti cumpara aproape orice. In apropiere sunt tot felul de restaurante si cafenele, iar accesul la metrou se face prin mai multe locuri situate la 1-2 minute.

Cons:

Nu identific ceva ca să nu ne fi plăcut.

좁은 호텔이 아닌 넓은 방에서 로컬처럼 편하게 지내고 싶어 고른 숙소인데 정말 좋은 선택이었습니다.

예약과정에서 착오가 있어 많은 요청과 문의를 주고 받았는데, 항상 친절하게 도와주시고 방법을 찾기 위해 애써주셔서 정말 감동이었습니다. ㅠ 도움 주신 덕분에 자칫하면 속상하게 시작할 뻔 했던 뉴욕 여행을 즐겁게 시작할 수 있었습니다.

Full kitchen이 있는 방을 고르니 마트에서 산 재료로 이것 저것 만들어 먹는 재미가 있었어요.

6층에 세탁기와 건조기가 있어 편리합니다. 기계당 1회 이용에 2.5달러였습니다.

돌진하는 황소상, 배터리 파크, 스탠튼 아일랜드 페리, 911 메모리얼파크, pier 17, 브루클린 브릿지, 홀푸드마켓 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 주변에 역도 많아서 미드타운도 금방 갑니다. 트리니티 교회가 매우 가까우니 일요일 아침 예배도 참석해보세요. 특히 63층에 Overstory라는 바에도 꼭 가보세요. 뷰가 정말 멋져서 즐겁게 여행 마무리했습니다!

Highly recommend this hotel! I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a Deluxe King Studio for five nights. I chose this hotel because I wanted a spacious room where I could relax and live like a local rather than staying in a typical cramped hotel room, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

I made a mistake during the booking process, so I had to send several requests and inquiries. The staff were always incredibly kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond to find a solution for me. I was truly touched by their hospitality. Thanks to their help, I was able to start my New York trip on a positive note. Without their assistance, my trip could have gotten off to a very stressful start.

Having a full kitchen was a huge plus. I really enjoyed buying groceries and cooking my own meals during my stay.

There are washing machines and dryers on the 6th floor, which was very convenient. Each machine costs $2.50 per use.

Many major attractions are within walking distance, including the Charging Bull, Battery Park, the Staten Island Ferry, the 9/11 Memorial, Pier 17, the Brooklyn Bridge, and Whole Foods Market. There are also several subway stations nearby, making it easy to get to Midtown, Uptown, and Brooklyn.

I also highly recommend attending Sunday morning service at Trinity Church, which is just around the corner. And don't miss Overstory, a bar on the 63rd floor with breathtaking views.

Nice and clean room with good location to visit the Wall Street
Pros:

It’s a really nice stay in the wallstreet business. The room is large and clean. The staffs are friendly. We are sensitive about the road noise. When we give a feedback to them, they help us rearrange a quieter room.

Pros:

La deco, estilo, servicios impecables. El depto muy comodo. Tenia de todo, full equipado. El personal super amable y dispuesto. Esta bueno que tenga recepcion 24hs. Todo es de calidad premium. Volveria (aunque es carito).

Cons:

La ubicacion esta buena por que estas cerca de todas las lineas de metro... pero si quieres ir a midtown tendras 30 mins por lo menos de viaje. Segun que zonas quieras visitar ten esto en cuenta.
Y a la noche es muy ruidoso, pasan camiones de basura muy seguido y es molesto. Te dan igual tapones para los oidos.

Alles! Super Appartement, sehr schöne und moderne Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber, unschlagbare Lage, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, großer Supermarkt im Gebäude.

The room was large and spacious , beautifully designed and every item was top quality .
The room was quite and comfortable , good location in lower Manhattan

Cons:

There were two very strange issues with housekeeping , first we didn’t get an extra toilet paper, so after three nights we found ourself in the middle of night with nothing -not pleasant , another issue was that every day after cleaning we had one towel less than the previous day (though we hanged them - not to be replaced) first went the face and hand towels than the floor mat, when we ended with only one body towel we asked for towels which arrived a few minutes later.
