Fantastic and would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, room was huge for New York. Very clean, good value for money. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, including turning on the dishwasher while we were out so we had clean dishes when we came home in the evening. They made a big fuss over my birthday with a cake and gift left in our room. Location was great for the financial district.

Cons:

The kitchen could have been better equipped with pots and pans and the oven was quite slow to heat.

A super comfortable and spacious studio. Very clean and staff were super helpful.
Pros:

Wonderfully spacious. Very comfortable beds and everything you needed was there. Very clean. Staff were great and responsive even the virtual assistant. Alex was particularly helpful.

Cons:

Only teeny thing was it was dark but that’s not anything that could be done as it’s due to the location. People should just be aware

Lovely stay - excellent service and highly recommend.
Pros:

I love this place. I wish the prices didn’t just increase because it’s been so perfect to stay here.

Cons:

It’s great! Just advice: be aware of hotel entrance as it’s connected to another hotel. Take the correct elevator and if you go to the basement gym list don’t take the wrong elevator back up as you’ll end up at the top floor at a fancy hotel bar.

Volveremos a NY!!!!
Pros:

La atención del personal en todo momento, fueron muy atentos y solucionaron todas las peticiones. La amplitud del apartamento muy cómodo para 4 personas. Las camas comodísimas. la cocina muy bien equipada. Incluso diría que cabría un baño más. Tienes café y té gratis cada día.

Cons:

Hubo un poco de descoordinación con las toallas que dejaban solo para dos personas y éramos cuatro. Pero al solicitarlo lo solucionaron. Y realmente no limpian a fondo. Hacen las camas todos los días y reponen lo que falte. Pero bueno no es algo muy importante.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice hat auch nach 10 Nächten nicht verstanden, dass wir vier Personen sind und demnach nach jeder Reinigung auch vier Handtücher benötigen. Es war jedes Mal die falsche Anzahl an Handtüchern, Badetüchern vorhanden und man musste jedes Mal die Rezeption kontaktieren, um weitere Tücher zu bekommen. Die Klimaanlage im einen Raum hat nicht funktioniert und ist immer nach fünf Minuten ausgegangen. Es wurde nie gesaugt, der Fußboden war sichtbar schmutzig. Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche sah ekelerregend aus. Es sind nicht genug Haken in den Badezimmern vorhanden. Die Betten/Matratzen sind sehr unbequem.

L’emplacement, la réactivité et la gentillesse du personnel, l’espace

Par rapport au prix, manque beaucoup de choses au niveau des équipements, Comme, poêle, ustensiles de cuisine, etc. le ménage laisse à désirer, les draps n’ont pas été changé, une seule fois les tapis, beaucoup de poussière, mal, nettoyé, couette, tachée, eau dans le lave vaisselle alors qu’il n’a jamais été utilisé, nous avons retrouvé également un couteau, un verre et il manquait du pain de mie également alors qu’il était entier . Donc on se pose la question de savoir qui a pu faire ça c’est un mystère.

Camera molto molto spaziosa, più grande di tanti appartamenti.
Cucina perfettamente attrezzata.
Silenzioso, ben insonorizzato rispetto alle altre camere.
Ottimo Wifi.

Ascensore velocissimo, mai fatto coda!

Palestra interna, nell'interrato è presente un supermarket ben fornito.
Lavanderia a gettoni all'ultimo piano, ferro da stiro e asse in appartamento.
Vicinissimo a una fermata della Metro e non lontano da altre linee.

Cons:

Quando siamo arrivati si erano dimenticati di preparare il divano letto, ma sono subito intervenuti come abbiamo segnalato la cosa.
Pochi asciugamani per 4 persone adulte.

A work trip made enjoyable
Pros:

The room was a really decent size. Plenty of space to store suitcases out of the way, bathroom cupboard storage too. I appreciated the little table, where I could do a spot of work in the evenings too.
They give you an eye mask and ear plugs by the side of the bed, which slightly concerned me. But I didn't need them at all.
The TV had a decent selection of channels and access to streaming services (for when the jet lag hits, or you just need a bit of world news).
Everything was clean on arrival - I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the inside the oven.
I liked the security of having a specific code for the lift and the room, and a separate set of lifts (elevators).
The check-in process and access instructions were very thorough, which I appreciated when slightly groggy from a long haul flight.

The location is good. You're right by Seaport on one side, and the WTC on the other. City Acres Market is downstairs and round the corner - great for essentials. But there's also a Whole Foods a mere 10min (maximum) walk away.

Nearby food:
Blue Park Kitchen - downstairs in the building, and great for a quick lunch whilst working
Regular NYC - I had a great brunch here. 10mins walk away, on Rector Street
Ashby's - nice sandwich shop just off Broadway

Cons:

These are such minor details:-
It could have done with more hangers in the cupboard.
The bathroom floor mat could have been more absorbent, as I found I was getting water everywhere with no real way to mop it up.
A proper oven mitt would have been really useful (the tiny little square just about sufficed)

Great place in quieter location
Pros:

Great to be slightly away from hecticness of city, but still in the thick of it. Only a few stops from Midtown. Place was really clean, big and great facilites, gym etc...

Cons:

Minor thing, the staff were helpful however they could have been a bit friendlier, more welcoming. It felt like a bit of an imposition to ask for things, but they were accommodating.

Alex was simply amazing! He went above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The room itself was absolutely lovely, and we had a wonderful stay.

El apartamento era muy amplio y estaba muy equipado.El hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila y muy bien conectado con el metro y autobus y en 15 o 20 minutos se llega al centro
