Excelentes condições e simpatia/disponibilidade
Pros:

Hotel com muito boas condições, disponibilizando inúmeros serviços: compra de passes diários de transporte público, pequeno-almoço, spa, diversas amenites e bebidas gratuítas na receção, disponibilidade de guardar bagagem, etc. Zona mais calma da cidade, com estação de comboio a 10min a pé e paragem de autocarro em frente ao hotel. Loja de conveniência praticamente na porta ao lado. Funcionários disponíveis e simpáticos, de fácil comunicação.

Cons:

Apesar da proximidade ao castelo Nijo, torna-se um pouco longínquo para aceder à baixa de Quioto e das restantes principais atrações. A paragem de autocarro mesmo em frente facilita a deslocação na cidade. No entanto, acredito que em época de pico de turismo o autocarro se possa tornar muito requisitado e impactar negativamente a experiência.

Good for a breakfast and explore kind of stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and staff were very nice! We were able to drop our bags before check-in and they brought them up to the room for us. The location was good too, though at the back-end of Nijo Castle, it was close to transit connections.

Cons:

The pillows were small, the room was also dusty. When you removed your Key, it would also shut off the AC and more importantly the fridge.

Pros:

Destaco que ha sido la mejor cama en la que he dormido, sin duda. Como una nube.
Estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo, y cerca de la estación de tren y con parada de autobuses casi en la puerta también, bien comunicado.
El personal super amable, y servicial.
Nos dejaron hasta un paraguas el día de lluvia, y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y más.

Cons:

No pondría ninguna pega.

Hotel mit super leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gab es Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants. Das Hotel ist 10 Minuten von einer Bahnstation entfernt.

Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können.

Excellent location (just over 10 minutes walking to Nijo Castle, bus stops very closeby).

Cons:

Rooms were on the small side, bathroom was updated but the rest of the room looked older, we found some hairs on the shower floor, the bed wasn't very comfortable (although this is personal, and we both have back issues).

Nice hotel with a traditional spa and great breakfast. There are a lot of bus stops arround so easy to travel.

Cons:

The room is not very efficient build, there is not enough space for opening the suitcase. The worst part is a glass door to the toilet, even when you are in bed you can see another person in the toilet because of the mirror attached to the wall.

Erg in vergist hotel.
Pros:

Douche was goed. Kamer was schoon.

Cons:

Eigenlijk het hele hotel. De kamer zag er oud uit. Je kijkt tegen een muur aan. Gehorig hotel. Geklieder op de muren. Eigenlijk geen leuk hotel. Medewerkers die bijna geen Engels praten. We hebben het maar voor lief genomen omdat wij toch de hele dag op pad waren. Wel dicht bij een goede supermarkt.
