Pros:

Was out of season but hotel was v good. Staff were also very helpful. I was upgraded to a suite as a/c in original room was not working great.

Excellent day, but frustrating with all of the things that did not work properly
Pros:

The hotel is elegant and has the best possible location. The staff is what makes it special. Dien, Hien and the reception staff should be commended by management as they are so friendly and helpful. This is my second day, and back in October I suggested that the hotel hire somebody, just one person that can speak English because nobody can.

Cons:

For such a huge Hotel chain, there are several problems with the hotel room. My refrigerator did not work, my tea kettle did not work, my bathtub did not drain and the engineers had to come up and disrupt my room to try and fix it, which they never did. These are all things that can be fixed quite easily, but it seems that nobody really cares to do so.
