Freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderbar. St. Moritz erreicht man in wenigen Fussminuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel perched on a hill over looking lake and St Moritz. Shuttle to train station. Close to shopping. Restaurant awesome view with very good food.

Cons:

Room rather spar h. Bathroom very tight.

Su ubicación es muy cercana al Tren, tiene el lago súper cerca y es muy fácil acceso. El desayuno es buffet pero todo recién hecho muy rico, muchas gracias a todos

Beautiful Hotel on Lake St. Moritz
Pros:

Beautiful hotel located directly at Lake St. Moritz with a wonderful view. Unfortunately it was a little too windy to enjoy their nice terrace but we used the other option - their great Whisky Bar :-)
Very friendly ladies at the check-in desk and convenient parking. And the bed was comfortable. Will visit again next year!

Cons:

To reach the terrace of our room we had to climb a few steps on a mobile wooden staircase and climb out of the room's window - that was weird but also funny. We somehow liked it anyway ;-)

湖や自然に囲まれたホテル
Pros:

部屋をグレードアップしてくれ、ファミリールームはキッチンやリビングも備わっていて広々快適だった。
朝食会場から湖越しの眺めは最高だった！

Cons:

立地が坂の上でスーツケースを持っての移動は困難。
行きは到着が遅く無料の送迎時間に間に合わなかったため駅からタクシーを利用した。歩いては困難と感じた。

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist toll am See gelegen, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei, grosse Tee Auswahl. Abendessen ist auch sehr fein.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer hinten auf den Hof, Haupteingang gelegen, was schade war, Wir waren schon mehrmals im Hotel und hatten bisher immer Sicht auf den See.

Localização perfeita!!!
Pros:

A localização é muito fácil do lado da estação de trem principal. Como St Moritz tem muitas ladeiras, o hotel é uma ótima opção para ficar perto da estação.

Cons:

Sentimos um cheiro de esgoto péssimo nos corredores e elevador do hotel. No quarto o cheiro era menor. Mas acho que é um ponto a pensar!

Pros:

Location was perfect - just a short walk from train station with beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable and cosy. Excellent breakfast with wide range of options

Top Lage statt Schickimicki
Pros:

Das Hotel Waldhaus am See überzeugt mit einer traumhaften Lage und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Besonders die Whiskey Lounge und die Zigarren-Lounge verleihen dem Haus einen ganz besonderen Charme.

Das Essen war hervorragend und schmeckt mit dem einmaligen Ausblick gleich nochmals besser. Angenehm ist auch die lockere und authentische Atmosphäre. Kein Chichi, kein unnötiger Luxus, sondern echte Gastfreundschaft und Qualität.

Wer Genuss, Aussicht und Gemütlichkeit schätzt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft kam es an der Rezeption zu längeren Wartezeiten, da mehrere neue Gäste gleichzeitig eincheckten und viele Fragen hatten. Das ist nachvollziehbar, hätte aber etwas besser organisiert werden können.

Auch der Zugang zur Sauna wurde uns nicht ausreichend erklärt. Wer diese nutzen möchte, muss an der Rezeption nach dem Schlüssel fragen. Mit dem Zimmerchip lässt sich die Anlage anschliessend öffnen. Diese Information hätte man uns beim Check-in direkt mitteilen können.

Da wir ein Last-Minute-Angebot gebucht hatten, erhielten wir ein Zimmer mit direkter Sicht auf ein Flachdach auf Augenhöhe. Gerade für Erstgäste hätten wir uns eine etwas attraktivere Zimmerzuteilung gewünscht. Insgesamt trübte dies den ansonsten sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch nur leicht.
