Pros:

What a great location with stunning views towards St. Moritz and across the lake. The hotel is in an older building but has been tastefully renovated. If you are drawn to drinking Whiskeys, you are in heaven.

Pros:

Location, location, location! The location was perfect! Also really enjoyed the spa facilities, and the breakfast.

Cons:

The restaurant was very good for dinner, but like many Swiss restaurants was ridiculously overpriced.

Pros:

Die Lage am See ist wunderbar, die Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück ist gigantisch!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eher eine bessere Abstellkammer für einen sehr hohen Preis, aber für eine Nacht o.k. Man ist halt in St. Moritz!

Pros:

The location by the lake and away from shopping streets. Spacious single room.

Cons:

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced so horrible bed pillows. I asked for another one and it was even worse than the first one.
Also the towels were very thin.

Séjour très agréable l'été, nombreuses activités sportives à faire. Je reviendrai également l'hiver!
Pros:

Proche de la gare et vue splendide sur le lac. Hôtel tranquille et service très bien. Petit Spa agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner avec vue sur le lac pour bien commencer la journée. Bar à Whisky pour les amateurs, top!

Pros:

湖の散策路が近く、素晴らしい立地。
駅からも近い(ただし急な上り坂。送迎は16時45分まで。17時半にサンモリッツに着く氷河特急で到着すると、送迎はしてもらえない。)

Cons:

どのスタッフも愛想や笑顔がない。
部屋のデスクに置いておいたものを捨てられた。ゴミ箱以外の物を勝手に捨てるなんて、ホテルとしてありえない。
3連泊したが、3日目の朝に、朝食のレストランの窓際の席がいきなり予約制になっていた。知らずに座ろうとしてスタッフに怒られた。そもそも、なぜ急に予約制になったのか疑問。一部の客にしか案内していないこともおかしいと思うし、スタッフに怒られる必要もない。レストランからの景色が素晴らしいので、毎朝楽しみにしていたが、最終日に台無しになった。
ベッドが狭い。1泊200フランのシングルルームでベッドが1メートルの幅しかないのも驚き。値段に見合わない。
