A great location at the side of the lake. A good restaurant with friendly staff. After initially being offered a room next to the hotel’s laundry services we were offered a free upgrade with a small balcony. Good parking site.
The room had a small high window and a door which did not really allow a good view of the spectacular surroundings whilst in the room; thankfully our room had a small balcony.
Esse hotel é incrível: perto da estação de trem, uma vista no restaurante deslumbrante, café da manhã incrível e completo. Funcionários muito simpáticos (uma inclusive falava português) e um destaque para o Francisco - nos atendeu a noite no restaurante e nos colocou em uma sala mais vazia perto da janela quando soube que estávamos comemorando nosso relacionamento. Cama confortável, ducha com boa pressão :) eles inclusive ofereceram transfer sem custo para a estação de trem

Die Aussicht auf den St. Moritzersee war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Classic hotel overlooking the lake. My room had a stunning view across the lake. The room was very clean and quite comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The sound insulation between rooms was much better than in most hotels, this was the quietest hotel I've stayed in for ages, resulting in the best night's sleep I've had on my trip so far. Very good breakfast with a wonderful view. City card included which was a bonus.
The room fridge really only cooled drinks a little, not much below room temperature. Overly soft pillow gave no support.
It was the hotel on the hill. So nice. So beautiful. What a wonderful place to stay. Very happy with our stay. Would definitely come back.
It was on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected here. And you definitely get what you are paying for, the place is great.
Es war ein super Aufenthalt es hat alles gestimmt .Es war sauber ,Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war hervorragend. Zudem habe ich am ersten Abend einen Schweizer Käsefondue gegessen und das war spitzenmäßig.
