The hotel felt very welcoming, with the most amazing views that really make travel memorable.
Pros:

We had a fabulous view of the mountains and lake. Watching the sunset and sunrise from the lake or room really adds to the experience. The food for breakfast and dinner were both amazing. Our one night was well worth the stay.

Great week in St. Moritz
Pros:

Very beautiful location, spacious, quiet room, good bed, good bathroom, very professional staff, very good restaurant, good spa facilities, good housekeeping

Cons:

Receptionists are not always available in the early evening. Reception needs to be covered by a rotation system which ensures that staff can have their meal breaks without interruption.
The windows in the restaurant need to be cleaned more often. More vegetarian options on the menu would be appreciated.

Einfach grandios und empfehlenswert!!! Für Whisky Liebhaber ein Muss!

Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios! Das Essen und das Personal perfekt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eher klein, hat aber gereicht. Das Bad wäre etwas grösser nett gewesen, ging aber. Die Aussicht war halt nicht so ideal, aber bei dem Preis, den wir zahlten, war alles insgesamt okay.
Schade, dass die Köche beim Frühstück nicht auf ihre persönliche Sauberkeit achten. In den Gästeraum zu gehen mit so dreckigen Schürzen ist leider ein NowGo.

Der Zustand vom Hotel (defekter, lärmender Ventilator, quietschende Badezimmertüre, …)
Die Zuteilung vom kleinsten Zimmer im Hotel, mit einem kleinen Fensterflügel zum See, obwohl ich mit einem Monat Vorlaufzeit ein grosses Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon gebucht und auch bezahlt habe (keine Rückvergütung)

Sehr nettes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage direkt am See
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Ich durfte mein Motorrad gleich neben dem Hoteleingang - wo es nicht störte - parken. Das Zentrum von St.Moritz war fussläufig nach einem kurzem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Das hervorragende Frühstück mit Blick auf den St. Moritzersee war unvergleichlich. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
