A comfortable and peaceful hotel with great service, ideal for exploring the Dolomites by car

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the free parking was very convenient. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the Dolomites.

Cons:

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had a very disappointing experience with one of the breakfast buffet staff members. His attitude toward our family was unprofessional and unfriendly, which made us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience was significant enough that we decided to leave the hotel and book another one. We hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Soggiornato per una settimana tra giugno e luglio con mia moglie, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.
Pros:

Colazione a buffet con molta scelta tra dolce e salato. Tutto ottimo.
Posizione della struttura molto comoda per salire agli impianti Alpe Lusia, ma anche tutti gli altri della Val di Fiemme.
Personale molto gentile, cordiale e attento alle esigenze, Anna è un raggio di sole.

Cons:

Avevamo la soluzione di mezza pensione, magari a cena sarebbe stato meglio avere più scelte anziché solo due primi e due secondi, ma è comunque nella media delle altre strutture simili.

Il contesto nel quale è inserita. Bellamonte è una meraviglia!

Cons:

La camera. Aveva la porta che si chiudeva male perché aggiustata/stuccata, la doccia piccolissima, i rattoppi qua e là (per esempio sul muro del palcone, il gancio della finestra ristuccato con altro colore, le piastrelle del bagno con i buchi tappati malamente, la porta del bagno che non rimaneva chiusa.

Cons:

Faceva molto caldo e la stanza si scaldava in fretta anche perché aveva solo le tende scure e nn le Persiane.

L'accoglienza e la cordialita del personale, tutti davvero gentili. L'ambiente è davvero salubre e in una posizione davvero incantevole.

Da rivedere il bagno, secondo me ci hanno dato una camera non totalmente ristrutturata, con piastrelle rotte e infissi per quanto dell'epoca un po' da rivedere. Un suggerimento per la direzione e lo staff della sala ristorante, capisco che ci siano mosche soprattutto in questo periodo, ma sarebbe meglio coprire i cibi con appositi coperchi a rete per evitare che le mosche vadano sul cibo, come notato piu volte

Camera piccola, bagno con sanitari piccoli. Colazione sempre la stessa.
Il menù della cena sembrava quello di una mensa. E pensare che è un 4 stelle
Insonorizzazione pessima.
Personale poco professionale per un 4 stelle.
Booking e provincia di Trento dovrebbero stare attenti nel proporre un 4 stelle del genere. Si percepiva benissimo che mancava il padrone.
