Important information:

Please note that on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In case the private parking is full, the staff may guide you to a nearby public parking space, if available.

Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box.

Adult rates apply to children 6 years and older.

A deposit via Square may be required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via Square within the instructed date or guest reservations may be canceled.

Please note that cleaning services during guest's stay are available upon request, at an additional charge.

Pros:

5층 이상은 선셋비치가 객실에서 바로 보이고 객실도 넓어 지내기 편합니다.

Cons:

오래된 곳이다 보니 어쩔 수 없이 낡은 부분들이 있습니다.

Overall, good deal for the price and location. Thanks for the good customer service.
Pros:

The hotel location and room size are great. Front desk service was also pleasant and very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel only has one elevator, so you will wait a bit. No in-room service is available, but you can get replacement towels and other needed necessities from the front desk. Parking is available but scarce.

除了位置好，沒啥好的，第二三天沒提供飲用水(前台員工叫我直接喝水龍頭取水喝)，而且沒有打掃服務(要就加錢)，一直在冷氣附近聽到de de de的水滴聲，陽台又沒無到漏水或水筒，所以有點恐怖

網路上有分享床鋪塌陷的問題，很幸運這次沒有遇到，房間大很超值，缺點大概是附近店家夜間或是深夜開始有活動很大聲直敘到深夜，雖然非假日，所以聲音敏感不太建議，飯店有耳塞
