The staff members were pleasant and professional especially reception staff.
The fact that on Sunday my room was not cleaned - apparently rooms don’t get clean on Sundays!! I was able to get some fresh towels at reception. I found this unacceptable considering the room rate. First time in my life I encounter this type of arrangement !
