Definitely felt comfortable and at home.
Pros:

The lady who runs the property is welcoming, helpful and made us feel at home. The beds were comfortable. We had a big room with fantastic facilities and very quiet.
The property is close to public transport and easy to get to RCH and the city.
Enjoyed the owners friendly dog.
Parking easy to find. Short walk to supermarket.
Will definitely be staying here when back in Melbourne.
