Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and nice facilities, excellent location, nice breakfast.

Cons:

No natural ventilation, windows are permanently closed. I did not like how central ventilation operated.

En ollut viisi vuotta Turussa asuneena turistimatkalla. Turun rautatieasema viime vuosisadalta!

Ainakin minulle ylimitoitettu ruokatarjonta, vaikea pitää tuoreen tuntuisena!

Cons:

Huoneen kalusteet antiikin ajoilta ja turhia tilanviejiä pienessä huoneessa. Miksi kahden hengen sänky? Miksi ei tuolia?
Ei lämmintä kylpyhuoneenlattiaa. Kamala kattovalaistus. Vaikutti siltä että jäljellä varastossa olevat kummalliset kalusteet oli hinattu huoneeseen 316. Ymmärsin että koko taloa ei ole suunniteltu hotelliksi ja sen valitettavasti huomaa. Harkitkaa kaluston järkeistämistä. Avulias henkilökunta.
