Categories

Cleanliness
3.2
Multiple reviews report trash, mold, bugs (cockroaches, fruit flies), rat/rodent signs, dirty bathtubs and carpets — cleanliness is a major concern.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, accommodating and responsive (helped with keys/doors, offered room changes); front-desk service commonly praised.
Location
10
Consistently noted as very convenient — near MRT, night market and many dining options; location is one of the hotel's strongest points.
Room Quality
3.9
Rooms have frequent maintenance issues: leaks, holes (possible pest entry), smoke smell in some rooms, malfunctioning doors and poorly cleaned tubs — room quality is poor.
Amenities
8
Basic amenities (strong air conditioning, stable hot water) are good, but breakfast is limited and parking/area safety concerns were mentioned; overall amenities are serviceable for the price.
Value for Money
9
Multiple guests say the hotel is inexpensive and reasonable for the price; acceptable value for budget travelers despite issues.
Food and Beverage
4.2
Breakfast selection described as very limited and repetitive; restaurant area reported as stuffy with poor air circulation and off-putting odors.
Overall Experience
6.9
Mixed overall: excellent location and accommodating staff contrast with serious cleanliness and maintenance problems — acceptable only for budget-minded guests who can tolerate the issues.
